Lot conditions

When I arrived, I was told they could not check me in until I found a parking spot. The lot was extremely full with cars everywhere. I did find a spot, but when I got back to my vehicle, I could not even open my driver’s door enough for a normal person to get in. Since I am 115 pounds I was able to slip through the crack. That was my first time parking there. I usually park at Avid. I think they have a wider parking spaces.

Airport parking

Lot was clean, well lit and room to park. Our shuttle driver was absolutely the best. She put luggage in van for us and the dropped us off at our car. Will use Cambria Hotal again.

Punctual

This is my 2nd time parking at Avid / Cambria. The staff are very courteous and prompt. On arrival, I called for pickup immediately I got off the plane. By the time I got to lane C4, the driver was pulling in to pick me up! I will park here again.

Slow shuttle

I had to call several times for a shuttle pickup from the airport. I waited over 30 minutes. I never had to do that before. They have several new drivers and one is not friendly at all.

Long Wait

Long wait for shuttle from Cambria hotel to the airport. It took almost 1 hour to get from the Cambria hotel to the airport, and I was concerned about missing my flight. I requested a refund or discount, but the hotel manager refused to give me a refund or discount.
