We were very pleased with our parking experience. The employees were extremely efficient and helpful. Our drop-off at the airport and pick-up when we returned were very punctual. Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely use this service again!

This may be one stop parking or the location where I parked run a scam. I did paid in advance have my paid slip but they want me to pay again mentioning that I do have SUV and have to pay $25, without paying that fee I was not able to Park my car. I did pay $25.50 on September 06th and the day of my Parking they make me to pay $25 again. Total cost for my parking is $50.50 for just 5 days. From Next time i will never use any of these services, they run scams. Specially this One Stop Parking and this location Called BWI Parking at 7056 aviation blvd, Glen Burnie MD. Suggestion for you who run this scam, if you need more money tell us on front, whether we use your service or go to another one , but do not play scam on the last day. You (service provider) SUCKS.

Very quick and easy parking . Got to the airport on time and was picked up with no issues upon return. My 2nd time using them and will definitely use them again.

Riude driver, not help with bag coming in or out. Thought late fee was toooo high(19.50$) May not use again . Sad because I like giving money to small businesses.

Didn't expect the extra 42.00 in fees for the SUV , So overall wasn't worth to park and save from long term. Dont recommend this if you have SUV.

Second time I have used this parking lot and they run a smooth operation. Had to wait longer than usual to be picked up at the airport when we returned but everything else was done very well.

Employees are very customer friendly and everything they do is perfect, parking, shuttle and return car is waiting for you.

I've used this parking service twice, and both experiences were disappointing and predatory. Our flight kept getting canceled, so we extended our booking multiple times to avoid extra fees. Despite this, they charged us an additional $34, claiming they don't accommodate extensions, which isn't true according to the booking platform we used. Their reasoning makes no sense and contradicts the website they use for reservations. The staff is always extremely dismissive and rude. It feels like you're bothering them. They also claimed the booking platform would reimburse us, but l highly doubt that's true. Overall, the employees seemed more interested in avoiding customer concerns than resolving them. Ive felt unsafe because of the reckless shuttle driving which happened both times I used their service. With every interaction the staff are arrogant, rude, and treat customers poorly. Even if this service were the cheapest option, l would NEVER use them again. I'll gladly pay more elsewhere to avoid giving them my money. Save yourself the hassle. ANYONE would be better than this place.

Only bad comment is you have to leave keys to your car with them. Parking is tight.

They advertise low rates but they have many tricks to upcharge. First, anything with a hatchback is considered an "SUV"--$4/day upcharge. The 2nd time I used them, I drove a car--fine. I paid for 15 days parking but I guessed an arrival time at around 14 days and 6 hrs. Big Mistake! Flight was delayed, so I missed the guessed arrival time. "Sorry, you missed your arrival time--$15 more." But I paid for a full 15 days, and arrived at 14days/11hrs! Big fight ensued. Not pretty.

Lot was easy to find, courteous, quick service. But when I pay online and it says "$0 due at lot", that's what I expect. But when I get there, there's a $4 a day additional charge for mid-size cars, min-vans, SUV's. Bringing up the cost to an average lot price. I think this happens if you book through a third party service....if you go to their web site direct, it does mention the upcharges. Nevertheless...it was good, and I will definitely consider using them again!

I booked this ahead of time but ended up paying MORE than the initial booking fee for having an "SUV" -- our five seater is extremely compact and has a smaller footprint than our Hyundai Sonata -- and a $17.25 "late fee" because our flight was delayed 2 hours EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STILL HOURS BEFORE THE HOUR WE HAD admitted the car
