best western premier parking

perfect spot with a shuttle to the airport. Be aware they now charge for the shuttle if not staying at the hotel (but only $5 pp).

Parking

Like to use this lot when traveling, but they now charge $5 per person to use their shuttle on top of daily parking fee.

Customer service rep- Charges cash!

Customer service rep wanted to charge me and pay in cash more money than what I already paid online. It seemed a scam and cash money wanted to put in his pocket!

Would use again

Went away for 3 weeks and left my car in their covered parking area. Very safe. Reception was great and so was their email support staff. Would definitely use again for long term parking. It’s about 5-8 drive from airport

Fuel surcharge ripoff

Shuttle to airport had always been free as advertised. They have recently added $5 so called fuel surcharge per person from hotel to airport. My reservation was made wel before this new fuel was implemented. They went thru my reservation email and then charged me the fee because they decided to.

Unexpected charges

Very disappointed that there was a charge of $5 per adult for the shuttle to the airport. This was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. It’s a SCAM.

parking

i gave 2.6 due to the fact that the lot is not gated. it could have been worse if there is no tire lock for our vehicle. the bright side, our car was cooler when we picked it up as it was under garage. customer service is Awesome! need more flexibility on shuttle pick up as we waited an hour.
