Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in with our staff.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to 10:15 PM, departing every 30 minutes, with the last shuttle running at 10:15 PM.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please make your way to Ground Transportation on Level 1, located one level below Baggage Claim.

Please proceed to your designated terminal pickup area: Door A12 / spot A36 for Terminal A, Door B12 / spot B36 for Terminal B, or Door C277 / spot C277 for Terminal C.

Once at the waiting area, please call 1-888-422-3782 (option 0) to request your pickup, and our team will direct you accordingly as the courtesy shuttle retrieves you to return to the lot.

Please note that shuttle service operates until 10:15 PM.

Solid choice

Had a very good experience....customer service was great, easy to find and quick shuttle to the airport. They gave return instructions that was so easy to follow. The shuttle wait time on the return was a little long (we waited about 25 minutes to get a shuttle back to the car) but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of service. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that they held my car key, which was a little concerning to me. I'm not used to doing that.

Friendly Service and Efficient Check-in and Check-out

It is rare to find a parking place that is interested in your business and treat you as a valued customer unless you pay the big box. Best Rate are also Best Customer Service and Best Value. Our checking-in and Check-out process was smooth and efficient. The location manager ensured we were helped by the Bus Driver who told us to use the next Bus, she insisted on him that he has enough room for us as well saving us 30 minutes to wait again for another driver which probably would have to be him after he drops off the other passengers. On the pickup day the office was very responsive and picked us up with no further delays. I would definitely return to this place and recommend them to friends and family and co-workers as well.

It was the first time I’ve ever used this service so I was a little stressed. The agent could have been more understanding. It seemed like she was irritated that I didn’t catch on quickly enough. It wasn’t made clear to me that I needed to press “0” as the option to get to Best Rate so I ended up in the main number which was stressful. That agent was wonderful, so kind and helpful. In spite of this bump in the road, I’ll definitely use Best Rate again.

Simple, Quick, Easy

I had a great experience with Best Rate Parking. I reserved through onestopparking.com and when I arrived, they were ready for me. They were helpful, answered my questions, gave me clear return shuttle instructions and even waited for me when I went to the wrong side of the terminal for pick up. My experience was in the middle of the day and it was very easy. Don't believe the negative people in the comments. They are probably the people who get up and crowd the aisle in the airplane as soon as the seatbelt sign is off too.

Extra Charge

The Lot was OK and had to wait much longer at the airport pick up than other services. Upon arrival, we were charged an extra $24.00 because our Volkswagon Tiguan was oversized (Hmm?)

AVOID THIS CROOKED LOCATION!!!

Location would not honor my booking. Used the fact that we were under time constraints to catch a flight to extort extra money from us. Hundreds $$$$. Followed up with One Stop Parking. They did not refund us. RUN! SCAM!

If you want shit hear it is

Lets you pick hrs they are not available. They don’t answer the phone when you call to get picked up. Add extra fifty dollars worth of fake airport access fees which is crap because they didn’t access any part they had to pay for except the normal place where everyone drops and picks up people. The twenty calls for 45 minutes for them not to answer for pick up. They take your keys and park it off site so you can’t just get your car. Find any other place than here is highly recommended. This is the third review I’ve ever wrote in my life. This place sucked so bad.

Terrible Service, No Valet cost 2x the quote

There was no Valet even though my booking said valet. I parked myself at a spot where they told me to. 10 days later, I had to wait 1.5 hours for the shuttle to come get me, called the place three times during that and they kept telling me 10 more minutes. Finally, when I get to the lot, I find my car booted and they charged me $50 to remove the boot, after 42 hours of travel from Asia I did not want to have that argument and took the car and went home. I will be requesting a full refund of everything, most horrible parking experience ever.
