I have lived and used offsite airport parking all over the country and this place was by far the worst experience ever. The female attendant was rude, combative and condescending. I booked my reservation at least a week before I arrived but upon arrival presenting her with the QR code she completely dismissed it said she didn't want that. Okay, that's what your instructions call for, then would not honor my reservation price. Told me because I have a truck that I need to pay more. I informed her I selected truck on the website when reserving. She wouldn't accept that, yelled at me, demanded I listen to her, was just condescending. Because I had a flight to catch and she was so unstable I was afraid she would completely deny my reservation so I didn't argue and just said charge the additional amount. That wasn't good for her, she continued raising her voice to me that I have to listen to her and understand her. Finally got out of there, but upon my return a week later. I waited over a hour to be picked up despite 3 phone calls. Mind you this was 6:35am so it wasn't like peak traffic times. Additionally I return and they have moved my truck. I did not have valet, and they did not have permission to be in my truck. This is by far the worst offsite airport parking you can imagine. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and frankly if this company wants to stay in business they should let the whole staff go.

Pretty sure I have used this lot before, and had a good experience as I did this time. Easy arrival process, parking, and departure. Car was undamaged and no stolen items. Suppose that's all you really need. Folks at counter and driving shuttle spoke English well enough to conduct the business.

When I checked in, I was told that I had a small suv and that they charge more for that. I have Used this location numerous times, even recommended it, I was never charged for that. I was told that if I had booked directly with them, rather than using a third party, the rate would have be lower. I was charged double of what I was quoted. Moving forward, I'm going to be sure to ask a lot of questions and no longer book on line.

Had a very good experience....customer service was great, easy to find and quick shuttle to the airport. They gave return instructions that was so easy to follow. The shuttle wait time on the return was a little long (we waited about 25 minutes to get a shuttle back to the car) but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of service. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that they held my car key, which was a little concerning to me. I'm not used to doing that.

It is rare to find a parking place that is interested in your business and treat you as a valued customer unless you pay the big box. Best Rate are also Best Customer Service and Best Value. Our checking-in and Check-out process was smooth and efficient. The location manager ensured we were helped by the Bus Driver who told us to use the next Bus, she insisted on him that he has enough room for us as well saving us 30 minutes to wait again for another driver which probably would have to be him after he drops off the other passengers. On the pickup day the office was very responsive and picked us up with no further delays. I would definitely return to this place and recommend them to friends and family and co-workers as well.

It was the first time I’ve ever used this service so I was a little stressed. The agent could have been more understanding. It seemed like she was irritated that I didn’t catch on quickly enough. It wasn’t made clear to me that I needed to press “0” as the option to get to Best Rate so I ended up in the main number which was stressful. That agent was wonderful, so kind and helpful. In spite of this bump in the road, I’ll definitely use Best Rate again.

I had a great experience with Best Rate Parking. I reserved through onestopparking.com and when I arrived, they were ready for me. They were helpful, answered my questions, gave me clear return shuttle instructions and even waited for me when I went to the wrong side of the terminal for pick up. My experience was in the middle of the day and it was very easy. Don't believe the negative people in the comments. They are probably the people who get up and crowd the aisle in the airplane as soon as the seatbelt sign is off too.

The Lot was OK and had to wait much longer at the airport pick up than other services. Upon arrival, we were charged an extra $24.00 because our Volkswagon Tiguan was oversized (Hmm?)

Location would not honor my booking. Used the fact that we were under time constraints to catch a flight to extort extra money from us. Hundreds $$$$. Followed up with One Stop Parking. They did not refund us. RUN! SCAM!

Lets you pick hrs they are not available. They don’t answer the phone when you call to get picked up. Add extra fifty dollars worth of fake airport access fees which is crap because they didn’t access any part they had to pay for except the normal place where everyone drops and picks up people. The twenty calls for 45 minutes for them not to answer for pick up. They take your keys and park it off site so you can’t just get your car. Find any other place than here is highly recommended. This is the third review I’ve ever wrote in my life. This place sucked so bad.

Lot leaves a lot to be desired but the service was very quick and attendant/driver was kind and super helpful. No damage to my property and everything was just as I left it.
