Special Conditions
All oversized vehicles must book under the “Large Vehicle” rate. Failure to do so may result in the additional charge being collected at the location.
Oversized vehicles include:
• Large SUVs, Vans
• Large pickup trucks (e.g., Ford F-150 and similar models)
• No RVs allowed
Shuttle Information Details
Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in with our staff.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, departing every 30 minutes, with the last shuttle running at 10:00 PM.
Return
Once you’ve collected your luggage, please head to Ground Transportation on Level 1 and go to your pickup spot:
Terminal A: spots A36–A37
Terminal B: spots B86–B87
Terminal C: please take the monorail to Terminal A and go to spots A36–A37.
When you’re at the pickup spot, Please call 1-888-422-3782 (option 0) and the shuttle will come pick you up. Please note the last shuttle runs at 10:00 PM.
