Horrible. Lot was overbooked had to give keys and park in front of other cars. Shuttle took 40min to arrive, when I returned my keys were gone they were to have a locksmith make a new set but the owner refused to pay. I was going to call police I was furious that I had to pay for my keys. Then after 90 min they found them they found them and sent me home with only a sorry!

We waited for 2 hours and never got the shuttle, called several times we were told 15 minutes over and over. We had to Uber back to the lot also there was a 90 year old man that was waiting as well 1-3am. We told the office staff and they could care less. Once we got the car and was leaving the people that were waiting with us still had not been picked up. Would never use again.

reserving parking for airport was easy to do online and the place was easy to locate. the lot was extremely full and hard to find a spot to park. there was little to no communication as to how to retrieve the shuttle to airport or how to retrun to lot.

This is my second experience parking at this lot. When I arrived I was told that they no longer book with one stop parking and that my reservation that I made several months in advance would not be honored and that I needed to book through their website despite this lot currently on one stop's website. I was initially asked to pay $60 but when I showed them my reservation email it was reduced to $25 which was still more than my remaining balance. If you arrive at night the staffing is limited with one person being on duty so there is no help. I had to walk to my vehicle alone at night which was parked at the rear of the lot although they have a golf cart to transport. This will be my last time parking here. I was refunded the money I paid to one stop, however, they were unsure as to why my reservation was not honored.

Honestly there quick to take you to the airport. There was already a shuttle there waiting when I was parking and to pick me up as soon as I got off the plane and made it down stairs. Self parking is great since once you get back from your trip and the shuttle takes you to the parking lot, you can walk to your car and just leave and not have to worry about going into the office. The driver helped with the bags at all times also. Great service!

This is a professionally run operation, I was impressed by the cleanliness of both the shuttle and the facilities at the parking location. Parking was quick and seamless, the staff were friendly and got me in and out in a timely manner. I waited no more than 15 minutes to leave the parking location for the shuttle and when I arrived the shuttle happened to be there right when I got out of the baggage area.

We booked last minimum. It was easy check in We were on time at the airport and when we came back to check out service was promptly Clean vehicle and nice customer service .

I'm sorry, but this was an extremely poor parking experience on the pickup end. When I dropped my car off they gave me a ticket and told me to pull my car around to the back of the reception building 30ft away, and leave the key in it. I did that, jumped in the shuttle at the front of the building and was dropped off at the correct place at the airport. When I returned to the parking lot, I gave the attendant the ticket and he asked me where on the lot I parked the car. Things went downhill from there. He told me that he had no idea where my car was parked. He offered to take me in the golf cart to look for my car. We found it locked. He took me back to the room where they keep the keys and said I could look for my key. The first key that looked like mine didn't open my car, so we made another trip to the key room. The second key did the trick and I left. This provider is fine if that process works for you.
