I will never go here again. When I arrived the machine had been plowed down and wouldn’t recognize my QR code. I ended up pushing the button for a ticket and nothing came out and it let me in. There were hardly any spots left and I ended up having to walk at least a 1/4 mile to get to the front where the shuttles were. If I had known I would have to walk with my 50 lb bag I wouldn’t have booked here. Coming back, the instructions in the email said to go to B12. There was no B12; the numbers changed - I found this out from an airport worker. I finally got to the right place and waited. After 30 minutes and there being no shuttle and all of the order shuttle companies coming multiple times, I called. They said we’ll send someone now. I waited another 20 minutes and someone finally showed up and mumbled something about gas. The AC wasn’t working and it smelled like gas inside. When I got my car and went to the front, the machine again would not recognize my QR code. No button on the machine contacted the office so I had to call AGAIN. By this point people were lined up behind me and couldn’t get out. On the phone they said they would send someone to the front. I waited at least 3-4 minutes when a gentleman who worked there pulled into the lot and tried to help me. By then someone from inside came and said that type of QR code didn't work and he had told the other guy that before. He had to go back inside to let me out. Horrible experience.

Horrible. Lot was overbooked had to give keys and park in front of other cars. Shuttle took 40min to arrive, when I returned my keys were gone they were to have a locksmith make a new set but the owner refused to pay. I was going to call police I was furious that I had to pay for my keys. Then after 90 min they found them they found them and sent me home with only a sorry!

We waited for 2 hours and never got the shuttle, called several times we were told 15 minutes over and over. We had to Uber back to the lot also there was a 90 year old man that was waiting as well 1-3am. We told the office staff and they could care less. Once we got the car and was leaving the people that were waiting with us still had not been picked up. Would never use again.

Great service for the price

.

reserving parking for airport was easy to do online and the place was easy to locate. the lot was extremely full and hard to find a spot to park. there was little to no communication as to how to retrieve the shuttle to airport or how to retrun to lot.

This is my second experience parking at this lot. When I arrived I was told that they no longer book with one stop parking and that my reservation that I made several months in advance would not be honored and that I needed to book through their website despite this lot currently on one stop's website. I was initially asked to pay $60 but when I showed them my reservation email it was reduced to $25 which was still more than my remaining balance. If you arrive at night the staffing is limited with one person being on duty so there is no help. I had to walk to my vehicle alone at night which was parked at the rear of the lot although they have a golf cart to transport. This will be my last time parking here. I was refunded the money I paid to one stop, however, they were unsure as to why my reservation was not honored.

Honestly there quick to take you to the airport. There was already a shuttle there waiting when I was parking and to pick me up as soon as I got off the plane and made it down stairs. Self parking is great since once you get back from your trip and the shuttle takes you to the parking lot, you can walk to your car and just leave and not have to worry about going into the office. The driver helped with the bags at all times also. Great service!

Great people. We suggest a way to contact for pickup at airport.

Fantastic service

Very good service including shuttle

I think a nice big sign that says Omni would be helpful. I drive past your location three times looking for your business. That is all

I was very satisfied

No good service

I have tried a few of the lots in the area but Omni is by far the best.

This is a professionally run operation, I was impressed by the cleanliness of both the shuttle and the facilities at the parking location. Parking was quick and seamless, the staff were friendly and got me in and out in a timely manner. I waited no more than 15 minutes to leave the parking location for the shuttle and when I arrived the shuttle happened to be there right when I got out of the baggage area.

Quick shuttle. Close to airport. Professional. Clean. Simple check in and out.

If you don't know where to park - park HERE!
