This was our first time using AutoParc Prime. I wasn’t sure how it would work but it worked out fine. I was promptly met and taken to the airport. Upon returning it took about 25 minutes to be picked up, but it was pretty much rush hour in Montreal at the time so that was understandable. Our car was fine over the 12 days it was there.

This parking experience was perfect, the pricing is reasonable compared to others, plus the shuttle drivers are very responsive when called.

There was no one at the parking place. We made numerous attempts to call the number. After about one hour someone responded and asked said to cancel your reservation as he has no one to give us a ride. This was indeed abusive. On return the driver piled us up after one hour delay and insulted us because we said we want to complain about the situation. He was violent and intimidating. This abusive behaviour shall not tolerated.

Je n’aime pas donner de mauvais review mais le service de navette est inexistant … j’ai du marcher jusqu’au l’aéroport quand j’ai laissé mon auto et pour ne pas attendre 1 heure j’ai marché aussi à mon retour pour aller chercher l’auto. Le lot n’est pas sécurisé. Le service au client dépende de la personne qui réponde le téléphone.

Introuvable pas de bannière seulement un numéro civique Engueule les gens. Donne des surcharges. Traite les clients comme de la merde. Jamais plus je ferai affaire avec ses gens sans classe et sans manière

Reasonable and good shuttle service

We booked this a few hours before required at it seemed reasonable and close to airport, so prepaid as required. We booked a GMC Sierra for 4 people. The website directed us to call 30 min prior to arrival so we did and they instructed to call when we arrive. No attendant was present on arrival and gate was locked to yard so had to find a place to park and wait nearby. Called again and were told we should have called 2hrs prior. Driver is out on a shuttle and will be a little while. We waited about an hour. When driver showed up he said truck (and 4 people) was oversized we had to pay another $65 cash. (We had given truck description on reservation and did not see other) Fastfwd to arrivals, website said to call when at gate 9 so when we did they couldn’t find our reservation in system. They had deleted it as we were late (45 min). He (Mitchell) said we should have called to let them know plane is late. Website says 3 hrs grace period. Eventually he said driver will be there in 1.5hrs, so we asked to have gate unlocked and we took a taxi there. Contradictory website-verbal communication. Not happy with this experience

Parking lots were unlabeled and hard to find. Shuttle took us to incorrect parking lot, left us for 30 minutes, then drove us to the correct lot. We got to our car two hours after we called..I will not use this service again.

Should disclose more accurately how far from airport and how long it may take from arrival to lot to get to the airport. We made it but was a bit stressful. Driver was very helpful, but you should build in additional time to use this service. Great price for a long term park, need to plow the lot better!

When I drop my car off at the lot parking I’m waiting about 10 minutes for the man to open the gate then he’s said I should to wait about 40 minutes to pick up to the airport. I took the Uber and paid $34. Also when I back I’m waiting to pick up the car about 20 minutes.

I had booked a parking spot two weeks prior to my departure date. I called Auto Parc Prime on my travel day to advise of my arrival time as per instructions. I was told that there was no room in the lot I was assigned to. They had a few spots at another location but they could not guarantee a space when I got there. I live two hours from Montreal so I wasn’t comfortable with this plan. I made alternate arrangements. When I got back from my trip, I advised OneSopParking of the situation and asked for a refund. I got an automated response saying my request from management and I would hear back soon. I’ve done two follow-ups and I still get the same automated response. I’m now having to involve my credit card company to address the issue. Very disappointed that I have to do this when the company absolutely failed to deliver the service they contracted for.

Tellement mauvais que j’ai manqué mon vol

Winter conditions made outdoor parking difficult, but staff was excellent. Car was warming up when I arrived back. Shuttle did not take long and staff kept me up to date with the shuttle arrival. It took me less time to get to the lot from the airport that it usually does at a remote airport lot.

C'est décourageant surtout avec le répondant au téléphone. Il devrait apprendre le service à la clientèle. Il n'accorde même pas le temps de parler, il m'a coupé pour le laisser parler. A l'aller comme au retour, il est impoli au telephone. D'ailleurs, la barrière est toujours fermée, sauf pour laisser entrer/sortir un véhicule. Il n'y a jamais personne sur place. Ce parking est à éviter.

Bonjour, aucune accueil et service de navette a mon arrivée,14h30! En appelant j'ai dû m'ostiner pour me faire dire qu'il y aurait qqun a 16h. J'ai dû prendre un taxi, 17$, pour être sûr de pas rater non avion, 18h. stresss Au retour, 21h j'ai réussi a avoir une navette avec un bon service. Le gars m'a même aider a déneiger mon véhicule! note global 2,8/5

Not a very good experience with this company. The lot was difficult to find (no sign indicating the business). I was not aware they would be keeping my keys and potentially moving my vehicle to another lot. The website did not indicate there was a difference in fees for size of vehicle. I was told I needed to pay $30 more when picking up my vehicle due to the size of my SUV. I refused to pay more and was denied access to my keys. I argued for 15-20 minutes with the attendant who finally gave me my keys. I will never use this parking service again.

Service clientèle lamentable et le mot est encore faible. Malheureusement, je ne prends jamais comme références les avis négatifs mais cette fois-ci, on aurait dû! Le monsieur derrière l’appel est condescendant, irrespectueux, comme si on lui a supplié de nous prêter sa cour pour y mettre notre auto. Nous avions reservé pour arriver à 10 h 30 pour justement se donner la marge d’arriver un peu plus tard car notre vol est à 15 h, on arrive à 11 h 30 ( après 3 h de route) donc apparemment on a raté la seule navette qu’il pensait offrir ( ce qui n’était pas affiché) il nous juge en haussant de deux trois tons et ne nous laissait placer aucun mot en criant que c’est à cause de nous car nous sommes en retard d’une heure. Mais allo monsieur, depuis quand ça nous cause un préjudice d’avoir payé pour prendre une marge en réservant de 10 h 30 pour arriver à 11 h 30 car on a des enfants qui font pipi non-programmable, ou qu’on a dû s’arrêter pour essuyer quelques buées à travers le pare-brise? ( 2 janvier. -32 ressenti) sachant qu’on habite à 3 h de YUL??? Et aucunement ce n’est écrit sur votre site qu’il fallait arriver à une heure fixe. Énervé parce qu’on est humain, on lui raccroche au nez pour qu’il arrête . Il nous rappelle pour nous dire qu’on est impoli et ben on n’a pas payé 200$ pour vous écouter nous juger. C’est votre travail de trouver des solutions, même les compagnies aeriennes si nous étions en retard n’auraient pas réagit comme vous, c’est vous ́l’impoli!
