My daughter and I were very impressed with our dtw parking experience!

On our return to the United States, our car was in the same condition as we left it . Everything was in working order and I feel my car was safe. We will definitely use this parking garage again on our next trip

This is the second, and last time, I'm using Valet connections. The last thing I need after traveling from the EU to the USA, is a shuttle that takes over an hour to pick you up. It's unacceptable as are the excuses of why they're over an hour late. Horrible service! The office is always confused, can't find a reservation ever. I've got to pull it up on my end. They act like without it they don't have room, which is inaccurate. I'll be going back to Qwik Park from now on because we counted their shuttle come by 14 times while waiting on your shuttle.

As a first-time user, I must say I was very impressed. Parking here is very convenient, and for a Canadian like me, this was just awesome. The shuttle service makes flying enjoyable. Keep it up, guys.

On the Friday before Easter, I arrived at the lot at 5:20. Thinking I would leave there by 5:50 a.m. at the latest. The shuttle didn't come until 6:20 and I didn't get to the airport until 6:35. Luckily, t s a was short being that I only had an hour to get on my plane. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Overall I would use again. The shuttle pick up was a little slow on our return to DTW, but not terrible.

They actually lost my key amongst many others, requiring an extra half hour wait when I got back from my trip. Besides that, friendly staff and good location. Everyone makes mistakes, and it seems like if all you do is park cars, misplacing the key is pretty bad.

I’ve used them for a few years and have never been disappointed. I love that when I return my car is brought into a warmed garage for my pick up.

Over rall service was pretty good. I gave a 3 for lot because I did not see the lot where my car was parked so I could not give a fair rating.

Reliable service. Out of the rain

I have parked with Valet Connections many times on our travels. Love the inside drop off of our vehicle. Also, when it’s our day to arrive, our vehicle is brought back into the building where it is warm and dry. Perfect place to leave your vehicle when you fly out for our vacations. Thank you for your great service. We will be back to park in February.
