Upon booking your parking space, you will receive driving directions to the hotel. Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight; please ensure you arrive at the parking location before this 2-hour window and at least 15 minutes before your desired shuttle departure time.

Transfer
The Hampton Inn shuttle runs 24 hours a day, departing every hour to the airport (for example: 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM).

Return
Shuttle pickups from the airport are available on a call basis. To arrange for your pick-up upon your return, please call (734) 888-4343.

Easy and worth it

Been using this service since 2021. Gets easier every time and very affordable. Hotel staff is friendly and the shuttle is always on time. Shuttle can be cramped for obvious reasons with multiple riders and families. The lot is uncovered but haven't experienced any crime or vandalism to my vehicles anytime I've left town. Would highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't wanna pay for airport parking

Everything was very nice. Shuttle was foul smelling on way back and driver was friendly but drove way too fast for our liking. All good though. Very helpful.

Really convenient

It was super easy and the drivers were really nice . Only complaint is that they stress there drivers out there needs to be better communication between driver and hotel . The txt message not accurate of time either . Suggest staying outside till they are there . It might be quicker than suggested time . Overall a great experience will do again

Even though we came into the airport at 3:30 am, three hours later than we were supposed to arrive the shuttle picked us right up and took us back to the Hampton to get our vehicle. Everyone involved was very helpful and friendly. Much appreciated after the travel experience we had endured! Thank you
