All customers, please bring a printed copy of your reservation confirmation and leave on your vehicle dashboard before entering hotel lobby.
Shuttle Information
Parking for customers is permitted either on the sides or at the back of the building.
Once you park your vehicle, please display a printed confirmation on your dashboard, and there's no need to stop at the check-in counter—simply wait for the shuttle, which arrives every 30 minutes.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early prior to the time you'd like to use the shuttle.
Shuttle service available from ground transportation area from the airport. Our shuttle is a white van labeled "Gateway Hotel" on front top and operates every 30 minutes for the convenience of our customers.
If you're having any trouble locating the shuttle, please call 734-729-9000.
For parties larger than 4 or with extra luggage we ask that the guests call the day Prior to arrival to be put on the Shuttle List.
