Not fancy but well worth the cost, 5 minutes to the terminals

This is an outdoor lot so curb your expectations. Staff are friendly and approachable. It's so close you could almost walk. Lucked out that as I got to the pick up location, the shuttle was just pulling up. Have used them before and will do it again.

Finding it was easy. Had an issue with payment as the card charging terminal was down. At first the attendand said no cash card only. Then after trying several times he said OK pay me cash. Shuttle bus was waiting for us altready. On the way back the shuttle showed up in about 5 mins. ,after my call for pick up. Drivers friendly and helpful.

Not easy to find as the GPS is not the same as actual. Luckily, I've used this Park before so I knew where it was. It's changed, in that customer service is not as personal as it was. Attendant barely acknowledged us. Didn't give us instructions about keys, just told us to park behind the office. Not at all friendly. On our return we waited 30 minutes for a pick up. When I called the second time, the reply was, "they're on their way, hes the only driver at the airport"!! The asked our letter or number, we didn't have one. It wasn't on our ticket. Got a cheaper price by not booking direct with SkyPark.

The gentle at the gate was very rude and told me I can’t use third party site like Expedia to reserve parking. He then proceeded to over charge me and when I told him I’ve already paid online for a portion and showed him the reservation and payment he told me he doesn’t care it’s not on sky park’s site so he can’t honour it. After making me wait 20 min he finally discussed it with someone else and charged me the correct amount. This caused me to miss my original flight

Drop off and pick up were quick and seamless!

Easy to find, easy to park, shuttle to airport was fast. Parking lot was partly unpaved, construction seemed to be close, aisles narrow. On my return I phoned for pickup with very long wait before anyone answered. Waiting for return shuttle was almost 30 minutes until I phoned a second time. Driver talked on phone the entire ride back to lot. Sorry I would not recommend.

State of the lot is pathetic. Shuttle takes time to come and there are no protective area to wait for the shuttle On my return we had to wait for the shuttle at YYZ for close to 30 minutes for the shuttle I would try and avoid parking here ever again

The shuttles are super fast, and the service is impecable.

We recently used SkyPark again. Booked online, paid at the kiosk upon entry. The shutte was timely and the drivers helpful and pleasant. We are repeat customers and would use this lot again. Thanks.

Good value. Lot not completely paved with few very large potholes. Only waited 5 minutes for shuttle. Was concerned as I had lost my return stub. After security questions it was no problem. Good customer service

Although no security, I indeed left my car unlocked. All items were present after my 5 day trip.

Lots of potholes in the parking area so drive slow but other than that it was a great experience!! Easy to park, and the shuttle picks you up and drops you off right where you park, it’s awesome!! Will 100% use again!
