This Red Roof Inn has now a new owner, the hotel has a new name. The new manager refused to honor the parking reservation.

Late pick up and drop off. The clerk told us to park behind building and our catalyst got stolen. Never come back again.

Bad service

Online information did not make it obvious that shuttle bus would not be available at 1am an I had a very early boarding flight. The people at Red Roof just told me that I needed to request a refund once I returned to the country. Could you help me with this matter since I had to use another service. Always have a good experience with them, from helpful desk staff to friendly and timely shuttle driver. They’re also the cheapest lot around airport

Driver at time of pickup at return trip was not very friendly got into the van outside temperature was about 7880°, he had the heater on in the van and the van's temperature was probably 95° customers acts for him to turn it off he did not apply was a unpleasant ride back to the hotel to pick up car

is unfortunate that you dont have 24/7 shuttle.had to pay taxi back to houston on my way back to the hotel//not happy with that

Check-in to the horror lobby was not that efficient. Only single clerk at t front desk. Had to wait for over 10 min to check-in. Then had to wait for the shuttle. Driver was very rude. There were few other people waiting for the shuttle. He asked us how many passengers in our family, we had 5. He let others get on the shuttle before us and said he might not have room for us so we will have to wait. We didn't have enough time to wait another 30 min for next shuttle. We said we could sit in the baggage area in order to make it on time for our flight. Not sure why he singled is out to wait and let others get on the shuttle first. Didn't like his behavior at all.

The men who operated the shuttle were kind but the front desk lady from March 9th, 2022 around 11 pm wasn't very attentive or let me finish my sentences. The hours of operation were not convenient because my flight landed past the 10 pm and I had to call twice to get the shuttle to the airport. I explained to her as my plane landed that I needed to first collect my luggage from baggage claim and deplane but she didn't listen to me and sent the shuttle and then told me I would need to catch a cab to the hotel even though I prepaid for my parking and shuttle services. I called again and the shuttle came again but it shouldn't have been a hassle because I had already logged in my flight departure and arrival info on the clipboard by the concierge desk and online. If customers pay for the services they should receive them promptly and timely I shouldn't have had to call once let alone twice with the long hold time. This parking was affordable but next time I'm probably gonna spend the extra money and park elsewhere because even the departing shuttle didn't show up in a timely manner and they said it runs on the hour and i was there at 6:52pm and the shuttle didn't get there until 7:20pm and I was cutting it close to my flight. Yall need to hire more staff so yall can keep up with those who log in their flight info and purchased their parking ahead of time.

Shuttle from airport on return was not operating until 5:00 p.m. so we had to take a taxi to retrieve our car.

Service was really bad. Receptionist was rude and disrespectful, doesn’t want to pick me up from airport even though when I was going to park I was told that shuttle pick up from arrival. Will not use this service again

The only thing is absolutely no security. Offering a sign...not responsible for items stolen. Surveillance Cameras would be a huge deturance to vandalism

It was a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Traveled in off season and was able to get a parking lot with ease.
