On the day of departure, the shuttle driver refused to assist with the luggage. I had to load everything into the van myself, yet he still asked for a tip. Upon arrival, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes—and made four phone calls—before a shuttle finally arrived. This delay caused me to hit heavy freeway traffic and ultimately miss my scheduled meeting. I'm not sure if I would use this particular parking lot again.

Easy in - easy out. When we returned I called the hotel for a pick up at 9pm and by the time we got outside the terminal, the shuttle was there! Lot is well lit and is always my go to for airport parking.

Our experience leaving Houston was great. The shuttle was right there at the front of the hotel and the driver was very helpful. The return wasn't as good. We waited outside the airport for a half hour, then called the hotel, was told the shuttle was coming, and then waited for another half hour. We finally decided to just get one of the cabs that had been sitting there the whole time. (We were waiting in the right location and saw all the other hotel shuttles go by.) Didn't realize the cab would be so pricey...cost $25 to get back to the hotel! Wouldn't recommend unless the usual parking airport parking locations are all booked.

Everything was great. My flight was delayed so the shuttle ended at 11:30 p.m. I had to Uber to my car vehicle. Car was good. I know it's not their fault might have to pick a 24 hr lot next time.

Very convenient & reasonably priced. My go to when traveling out of IAH.

Easy process. Van's basically run every 30 minutes, so time your arrival to allow 10 minutes to sign in. Drivers are good, friendly and accommodating. They work hard and navigate the mess that is the airport that is always under construction. I am sure they appreciate the tips!

I was running late and even after calling to verify the time frame, the shuttle driver was late for the 3:30 run. This was a major concern especially after being told by the company, it ran every 30 minutes.

No parking available, had to find a different parking & almost missed the flight. Person at front desk was not friendly.

The hotel is easy and quick to find and most importantly the rate is not very expensive.

Reasonable parking cost.

After returning from my trip I called the front desk to let them know I was waiting. It was 20 min to 2 pm. I waited until 2:30 and called back. The desk attendant said there was someone there and it should be less than 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I noticed a couple with the same parking ticket as me and suggested they call, which they did. Another 10 minutes after that, I called again. The people at the desk were upset on my behalf and agreed that it should not take this long. A few minutes later the shuttle arrived. I went to the back to place my large bag in the cargo area but the driver just stuck his head out the door and said, “Hilton garden?” We nodded. “Well let’s go!” he exclaimed and motioned with his thumb to the van. So I squeezed my large bag into the back seat with me, since the other passengers occupied the front seat. On the drive back I could hear the driver telling someone over the radio that he was stuck at another terminal for an hour. But if that were true, why did no one at the desk know that before? Why was this the first time he mentioned it to anyone at the hotel? It was frustrating bc I had been traveling all day, hadn’t eaten, hadn’t had nearly enough water and was sitting in the sun sweating. I’m lucky it was December and not Aug, or even October in Houston.

Very easy no worries

The woman at the front desk HATES me so much and I am unsure as to why. I have talked to her at least 3 times on 3 different visits and she does not like me. She looks at me like I am her child and talks down to me each visit. Why so mean? Why does she think she is above everyone she is there to help? Humans are all on the same level, I should not be dealing with her rude personality. Everyone that drives for the shuttle is very kind and polite. If the shuttle people are having a bad day, or in a rush, it is okay because they are never mean. I've never had a bad driver here. They are always wonderful, on time, and safe.

Bus driver was over 30mins late, racist (I witnessed bad behavior towards someone after I got on the bus as well), and the manager still has not gotten back to me over the complaints over a week later.

Customer service was top-notch. The driver was nice. The driver and the customer service rep at the hotel on our arrival on 7/29/2024 at 10.30 pm went above and beyond to ensure we were okay. They offered us water.
