Shuttle Information

Shuttle runs mornings between 5:00 AM and 11:30 AM every 30 minutes.
Shuttle runs between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM on Demand.
There is NO shuttle service available between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM as well as overnight between 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM.
Upon arrival to the hotel, please check in with the hotel front desk before you park your vehicle.

Upon return to airport, please call the hotel front desk at (281) 666-9250 to arrange for your shuttle. Once you've received your luggage, proceed to the ground transportation area for pick up.

Our hotel is close to north Houston attractions including Golf Club of Houston, Deerbrook Mall, Sam Houston Race Park and Wet ‘n’ Wild SplashTown. We also provide easy access to downtown Houston and Minute Maid Park, and Toyota Center, which are 20 minutes from our hotel. We’re only 30 minutes from The Galleria’s great shopping and restaurants.

Parking at Comfort Suites

Shuttle was not available thay day. The receptionist said she could get one but it be there in like an 1 1/2 hours so i had to paid $30 to het to the airport on time for my flight. The date of my return I called as suggested, as soon as i landed however she said unfortunately there is not shuttle service to that terminal (E) and that i need it to go to either terminal A or C in order to get the service. It wouldnt be so bad if this was communicate it in advance from their part but it is NOT what's advertised so yeah no a good experience.

Parking and shuttle service.

The shuttle driver didn't assist me with loading and unloading my luggage and he demanded tipping. When I didn't have US currency to give him, he got upset. He lacks professional attitude.

Overall good parking experience

My only complaint is that the hotel parking lot is at the same location as another hotel, making a bit confusing when driving in for the first time. Other than that, parking lot, shuttle service and front desk assistance was good.

Bad Shuttle timeliness

When I arrive to the hotel, the shuttle was full, when I came back to my trip, the hotel never answer the phone to know the times of the Shuttle, finally other shuttle charge me 20 usd to drop off me and my familly at the hotel. unfortunately this is the problem. they make money with this Shuttles.

Shuttle times can be close to an hour

Easy to check in, Decent prices. Called to arrange shuttle upon return to airport at 9pm. Took close to an hour to be picked up.

Since the moment I got there the two persons in the front desk were supper friendly and helpful, they called the shuttle it was early int he morning and when I came back the Shuttle was waiting for me and ready super-fast, I do apologize because I really wanted to give tip to the person, but I was flying from another country and didn't have cash!!!!
