Shuttle and staff need much more communication

Safe & secure , I parked on a shaded side of the lot. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything went good and smooth with one exception. When we got back to the airport, called front desk several times with no answer. Called one-stop number and they were able to get through. So overall a good experience and price.

No Parking spaces

Everything went very well and made our vacation easier.

Friendly staff and bus drivers. Jamall the bus driver in particular was very chatty and friendly. Shuttle was timely and clean. A very pleasant experience.

This is a great alternative to airport parking! Everyone was kind, prompt and professional. We had peace of mind during our travels knowing this location was so nice. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great place to park, near the airport and quick shuttle to the airport. My only problem was returning to Quality Inn. I was looking for a “Quality shuttle”, but the one sent (without explanation was “Lion’s Gate”. I saw it come and go, but had no idea that it was for me. After an hour of waiting, I paid $25.00 for a taxi. Language was a problem. The one who answered at Quality Inn was difficult to understand and we were never “together” on whether there was a shuttle or not. If I use your service again, we MUST have better service on return.

We got confused as to where Waiting Area2 is. Follow Ground Transportation signs. Look for hotel shuttle signs .

Shuttle wasent running and the staff got me an Uber to my car wish I coulda got his name

When arriving the hotel told us the shuttle would take over an hour to get back to our car. Extremely rude not helpful at all.

My parking experience was flawless!

We arrive at the hotel and went inside to check in for our 4:30am ride to the airport. We waited around scouting all the open spaces in the lobby no one there. Yelled into the bathrooms with no response. Called the hotel number multiple times and listen as the ringing could be heard thru the lobby, but no one answered. Finally left, as now had to drive to airport, park and wait for the parking lot bus to come round and take us to the airport. I ended up with a parking fee another double what I had thought I would be paying. -a substantial amount more as I was gone for over 2weeks.

2nd time using this service and couldn’t be happier with the promptness and friendliness of all the drivers I’ve had. Fast service to and from the airport.

Everything was super easy and convenient. Everyone was helpful and very courteous. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
