Had used this location twice before. Shuttle had been great. This time, with no advance notice, get to the lot and was told that the shuttle was no longer available!

The hotel recently canceled shuttle service , and I would not use this hotel for parking in the future.

website says shuttle service is available to go airport but actually it's not. its better you find other parking service.

I paid for parking and shuttle. Have receipt. When I got there, they said I’d have to call a taxi as they did not provide Shuttle. Cost me $20. On return taxi cost me $18. I will be filing with my credit card for some refund.

This lot had a shuttle to drop me off at the airport, but when I returned a week later they said they eliminated the shuttle and refused to help me leaving me stranded at the airport. The shuttle was included in the parking rate, so I was Ripped Off!!! Do not park here. Pay anyone else but these people!

Everything is good, but the shuttle service needs improvement. Dropping off at the airport is very easy, but pickup is difficult. I waited for an hour. I called the front desk, and they told me they were sending the shuttle right away, but I think they didn’t give me the correct pickup location. Finally I booked uber to get back

Parking was a beeeze. So was retrieving later with shuttle pick up as per declared & promised times.

Excellent price. Prompt shuttle service. At the end of my return trip, I had to make repeat calls to contact the Motel 6 front desk to schedule the shuttle pick up. The telephone prompt system would not put me on hold but kept recycling my calls to the main menu. I had the same experience on the outbound trip. I was able to get through by getting assistance from the main 800 reservation number. I informed the front desk of my difficulty and they were not very responsive. The shuttle driver dropping passengers off should inform us of the proper location to catch the shuttle since there are multiple zone numbers leaving the baggage claim area.

everything went find.we have stop parking here cause one of our trips we park and there was no shuttle bus the driver didnt show up so we had to call uber to drop us off to the airport.so we thought we try again and everything went find

Shuttle pickup frequency is highly important to me. I’ve used other shuttle services and it was horrible. I will never use them again.

GPS took us to this lot thinking it was a different named one. Didn't have time to change so we parked. Waited in lobby for shuttle...it was dirty and loud. Shuttle came after 10 minutes. When we got back we called the shuttle number from the airport to pick us up. Had to call twice since we waited so long...no ETA just they would be there as soon as they could. Ended up paying a taxi $30 to take us to the parking lot! Won't do that again!

I always use this lot when I travel. The lady at the front desk when I arrive is always friendly, professional and helpful. This time when I arrived she informed that they had overbooked and there were no spaces available. There were none, even though I had a reservation. Luckily I found something I could squeeze into. The man who has driven the shuttle to the airport is not at all friendly nor does he handle any bags or offer to assist. The gentleman who picked me up on my return was however, friendly and helpful.
