Our driver who took us to the airport with a group of ten was excellent. She provided a lot of useful information and was skilled at determining whether our bags were within the weight limits. We gave her a generous tip. However, on our return journey, we had connecting flights scheduled for 2:40 pm and finally reached Philadelphia at midnight. The driver took an unusually long time to pick us up. When he eventually showed up, he remained seated on the bus while we had to handle our own luggage. This was not the way we wanted to wrap up our vacation after an entire day of traveling. We gave him a tip as well, get a new job.

When we arrived at the airport we had to call twice it was over 30 minutes for us to be picked up

Love working with this hotel and shuttle service and just knowing I have someone to pick me up from the airport is always so comforting. I miss the valet service but I understand times are tough! Still 100% reccomend this to all my friends I save so much money using this service.

Horrible shuttle service.

The shuttle driver was great. I used the link on my phone to have my car ready when I arrive at the hotel, BUT my car was not ready. Disappointed with this.

shuttle driver experience was excellent. drop off and pickup ride to terminal excellent! ease of use app for reservations. however keep check on your reciepts, paid in full email, when we arrived to pick up car front desk charged us 40 more dollars for a prepaid bill

Both going to the airport and returning from the airport...same driver smelled of alcohol. Scary and stinky ride. Also driver took about an hour to pick us up. Wouldn't recommend and I won't use the service again.

EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ALWAYS PARK HERE WHEN I GO ON VACATION AND THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE THE BEST EXPERIENCE .WE HAD NO WAIT AT ALL TO BE SHUTTLED BACK AND FORTH TO THE AIRPORT.ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL ,ATTENATIVE AND PERSONABLE.

Very disorganized. Horrible customer service. On our return, the guy threw our keys to us & said nothing.

We were a family of 8 travelling to Mexico for vacation. We checked in & were the only people waiting. The agent at the desk was not friendly at all. The shuttle arrived after 25 minutes. My family helped put our luggage on the van & they let other customers just come up & take a seat while we were loading our luggage on. We preceded to sit on the van but there were not seats left for all of us. Instead of the agent telling the people we need to go with our luggage, he made 4 of us stay behind & wait 30 minutes for the next shuttle. We were very angry b/c we were the first ones there & ended up waiting almost an hour for a shuttle. A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Sat for almost 40 minutes at the airport waiting for a shuttle back due to the shuttle driver driving past my terminal three times without stopping while the front desk refused to answer the phone. Had to call 11 times before I could even speak to anyone. Then once I got back to the property, the valet person just wasn't there. Had to ask another employee to just give me my keys, and I had to retrieve my vehicle myself. Will absolutely not use this location again.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the time and attention given to my reservation and to my car. I highly recommend.

My family and I have used this shuttle service for about two years now and it just puts our mind at ease that we’ll be able to arrive to the airport smoothly and get picked up smoothly as well. Everything is always quick and easy i definitely recommend this shuttle service for airport access and parking!

No problems. Easy parking. No shuttle, but Uber was reasonable.
