We left our car here for 11 days. I feel like it was a wonderful experience from booking to leaving. Super easy to reserve our spot ahead of time and then they give you a barcode in your email for entry in to the lot, find your spot, and a shuttle was there within seconds to transport us. The man was so kind and helpful, we had no idea where we were supposed to even be going at the airport and he was able to get us exactly where we needed to be. He supplied us with a ticket of the number to call when we arrived back that also had our parking spot written. Upon arriving home, it was just as good of an experience. We didn’t know exactly where we were to be but it didn’t take much to figure out, and given the amount of chaos in the parking lot, I feel like the wait wasn’t all that terrible at all. Our driver was once again super kind and helpful. Unfortunately our car battery was dead and he was beyond helpful of trying to get us the help we needed. The lot isn’t anything spectacular but everything else is wonderful and I would highly recommend them again.

Service was good

This will be my go to . The drivers are great and the cashiers are willing to answer your questions.

Upon my return I tried to call the dispatcher to say I was ready to be picked up, it was impossible to get through to a person. After 10 attempts, one of the vans drove up to pickup another customer so I was able to return to the lot. At midnight it was frustrating to not be sure someone was available. The driver was very courteous and helped with my luggage which I appreciated.

No issues at all, everything went well
