Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk and allow ample time for the check-in process.

You will be provided with printed instructions, pickup location details, and two phone numbers for your return shuttle; please be sure to retain this information.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight, so please ensure you arrive at the hotel no less than 1 hour before you need to leave for the airport, well ahead of this 2-hour window.

Transfer
Shuttle runs 24 hours every 30 minutes to and from the airport, departing on the hour and half-hour.

Please note that there may be a 20-30 minute wait for the shuttle, so please plan accordingly.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 905-612-1119 (or the alternative contact numbers provided on your arrival printout) to arrange your return transfer.

Please wait at the designated shuttle area instructed by the front desk, keeping in mind that there may be a 20-30 minute wait.

Good for you NU!

Parking was unavailable at NU Hotel, but I was directed to a nearby lot for parking at no additional charge. Check-in clerks and shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. Shuttle service was regular. NU Hotel is located on Airport Road, close to Pearson Airport.

Shuttle service

When you call the number from the airport to try to get shuttle service no one answers it says the voicemail is full I tried five times got no response so I took a cab that cost me $40 wasn't really impressed with that

Unacceptable location

If it’s possible to give zero credit, that would have been the case. This is the situation of Nu Hotel. It’s not supposed to be included on the choices. It’s quite misleading I was lucky the space was full, The staff on duty directed me to another company to park my car. I would have cancelled my booking regardless of getting the refund or not. T.A

Got me from point A to B

I found it strange that I had to go to two different places. The parking lot was packed and parking was not too easy to find. The shuttle driver was not very helpful when I was getting in the shuttle to go to the airport. I had to hold my suitcase in the shuttle with me. I came back to icy walk ways at night and a car full of snow Let's just say you get what you pay for.

Misleading

I was avoiding to park at EZ parking and decided to try your service. Low and behold! After paying for your parking and was given directions where to park, I ended up back at EZ parking. You guys are misleading! Terrible pick up service. I had to wait 50 mins for someone to co.e and pick me up. Next time it will not be you or EZ parking.

Fastest shuttle pick up I’ve ever had from the airport!

Cheapest park and fly probably available and was definitely impressed with the service I received and the pick up at the airport was incredible and the driver both ways was excellent and very friendly!! he actually waited for me to go retrieve my car and come back and then loaded my bags for me!

Not good

The lock was jampacked full and cars are blocking other cars in. It was very difficult to drive around and get into the spot. The phone number they give you to call the shuttle nobody answers we ended up having to Uber and the shuttle was very sketchy. Would not recommend.

Limited spots, difficult to find, when it was just Nu Hotel it was easier, however, E-Z parking was anything but easy. The bright spot was the Shuttle driver and the staff who tried their best.

Never again

I booked at the NU Hotel, but the location to park is somewhere else. The parking is tight to fit in . The parking lot has lots of pot holes, which made it hard to roll our luggage. It was raining when we got back and other lots drop you where your car is or close to it, however we were dropped off at the front and had to navigate around the pot holes to our car , getting soaked by the rain.

The place was overbooked .You have to find a spot by yourself. If you have a big car.. good luck. No problem with shuttle to the airport BUT from, we where calling and calling and eventually we have to take taxi. When we got there and asked for reimbursement, the desk person gave us an email to send the receipt, but nobody ever contacted us. So we will never again use their services.

Different parking location

Make sure you have plenty of time if you plan to use this parking location. I arrived at the address provided in the email, but the hotel gave a different address, which was five minutes away. The location was overcrowded, and it took 30 minutes to get a shuttle to the airport. Many people around me were frustrated, and I felt panicked too.

Parking lot too crowded

I was surprised at the packed lot- inches between vehicles and an obstacle course to get in and out. Will not be using again though the price was good and customer service also good.

Horrible experience

The personal and parking location is very dis-organized and cars parked all over the place, with no clear direction on where to park. I needed to ask a number of times for the location of the shuttle and when shuttle driver arrived he was tossing suitcases in to the van. As a result my suitcase lost one of its wheel and he claimed that the suitcase was already damaged and took no responsibility for his negligence. The experience was further degraded when I tried to pick up my vehicle. I arrived at the lot around 1am to find two vehicle blocking me in. It took the lot personnel 3 hours to move the other cars so that I can get out. I will never park any of my vehicle at NuHotel and recommend everyone reading this review to stay clear of NuHotel and their SH*TTY service.
