I have been using the Microtel or Quality Inn as my place to park by RDU for many years now. They are owned by the same people. Literally, right across a main street from one another. I have never had any problem or felt my car was not safe there. The owners are kind and accommodating. I never have to wait for the shuttle. Overall, they are by far the best choice for me. And, if I ever return to my car and feel too tired to drive 2.5 hours to my house, I feel comfortable booking a room there. Reasonably priced and good accommodations.

One stop parking is easy

I have been using this service for several years. I find the personnel to be pleasant,helpful and honest. I have never had to wait for pickup or delivery any longer than it takes to get to rdu. I recommend this service as the prices are very reasonable and it is close to the airport.

Weekend travel

Parked here last minute to catch a flight for the weekend. Waited about 10mn for someone to come to the front desk to assist. He was pleasant. Waited another 20mn for the shuttle to come to take us to the airport. We had to call twice for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport; after an hour waiting in the heat, the shuttled finally arrived.

Not my best experience

When checking in I asked to use the ladies room in the lobby. It was very unkempt and not at all welcoming. The "shuttle" was a small unmarked mini van and the gentleman driving was not the best driver. On my return I phoned for a pick up and was told shuttle would be at airport in 10 - 15 minutes, after 30 minutes I called back to inquire on the status of my ride and was told he was on his way, 15 minutes later he arrived. This location is also a few dollars more expensive than some of the other locations I have used.
