Great alternative to airport parking!

The lot was fine, it was easy to find, and the shuttle was good, but the system ended up being unreliable. Upon check-in, I registered my vehicle with the front desk, but I still returned from my flight with a notice on my vehicle stating I had to pay a fee for an unregistered vehicle. I took the notice to the desk and they said they'd take care of it, but 5 days later, the fee still stands.

Would def use again for future trips’

We found the Sheraton to be excellent...

On arrival we were informed that we would have to wait 30 minutes before the shuttle would leave. We were flying internationally and expected to check in, jump on the shuttle within a few minutes and be on our way. Luckily, the shuttle driver was standing nearby and said he could take us immediately. Upon return, we called for pickup and were told that they were sending the driver. 30 minutes later, called again and they said that they would send the driver. Overall waited almost an hour for pickup. The parking lot is well lit but a bit confusing on where you can park given the valets, posted ticketing and sharing a parking lot with some Toyota function.

The check un process is too complicated and time consuming. It requires scanning with your phone and entering all your information. This info could be done on line when booking the reservation or done on paper at the hotel. Very annoying.

The service was very good. Customer service was very hospitable and drivers both ways were very friendly and hospitable. Planning on using shuttle service again for my next trip.

When I dropped off my car there was no shuttle driver and I had to go back in and ask someone to search for him. It was a minor delay. When coming back from a late delayed flight they said someone would be there shortly. I waited and called back after 30min. Same story. It was over 45 min wait for the shuttle. With a 2 hr drive waiting for me afterwards, I will never book with this hotel again.

Easy in, easy out

Great airport parking at a decent price.

We had to take an Uber to get to the airport. Memorably bad experience with a parking service. Have already contacted all companies involved. Among the many issues was we returned to find parking violations on our vehicle, which has required our time to resolve.

45 .minutes to pick up at airport. Shuttle is used to take hotel guests anywhere, so not just airport shuttle. Totally unacceptable.

Everything else was as you'd expect. The lot even had a temporary tower there with a camera and a sign, and announcement, that the lot was being monitored. The folks were also very nice. Unlike smaller hotel chains I've parked with before, the Sheraton shuttle only ran on the hour except for flight crews. THAT information would have been very nice to have before booking with them. That said, they did make an extra run for me when I arrived at 7:15 so I'd not have to wait 45 minutes. That allowed me to catch an earlier flight. But I'd not count on that. I'd likely not use them again.

Fast, easy, affordable, friendly shuttle drivers.

The shuttle driver was extremely rude-would not wait for us to park our vehicle before leaving for the airport 15 minutes before scheduled time then returned 40 minutes later which caused us to almost miss our flight and needlessly rush around the airport.

Check in was a breeze, with help from Luiz. Ride to RDU with Frank was enjoyable - good convo. BUT, my phone slipped out of my pocket and was left in the shuttle van! RDU rep called Luiz at the Sheraton, who replied that shuttle would be back to the airport shortly. Saw on Find My...that my phone was indeed on the shuttle. Frank arrived with a bunch of pilots, got out holding my phone in the air... happy days! It's awful how much we depend on our phones isn't it? Shuttle for return from airport was prompt and I was in and out in minutes. Will definitely park here again. Thanks everyone!

Cost reasonable. Clear communication notification with shuttle driver and waiting passengers for time of pickup for first time users. Signage for the designated pickup area.

The shuttle service driver was so courteous on my pickup from the airport. He was helpful in suggesting a nearby Waffle House where I could get a coffee after arriving on a late-nite flight and having to drive home another hour and a half. He was just pleasant and friendly with helping with luggage. He is a definite asset to your hotel.
