Good inexpensive option for travel in and out of RDU. Shuttle wait can be long though

This was a solid parking option. Shuttle was a bit mor delayed than preferred going to the airport (30 mins) but coming home was a breeze. (5 mins)

About a mile from airport. Shuttle on time and clean. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Half the price of economy airport parking. 10/10

No one answered phone first 3 tries. Finally got someone and had to call back 3 times because overall wait time was over an hour. Won’t use again.

If your looking for a location close to the airport, Cambria Hotel is only 1.5 miles from the airport. We had no problem with our parking location The instructions were a little wonky, but, we found the hotel. I recommend doing a dry run to hotel before your actual flight.

The location is perfect! Only a 5 min. drive to the airport. The front desk clerk and shuttle driver were very nice. The shuttle ran at the advertised times. I felt as if my car was safe. I would recommend.

Getting a hold of the front desk to get the shuttle to pick you up is too unreliable. Had to call an Uber.

They asked me to park on one of the two side ends, fill out a form, and get on the next shuttle leaving. It was a smooth experience overall. Coming back from the airport, you can jump on a Hyatt Place shuttle if you see one of those first, but you would need to then pull your bags all the way around the building to get to Cambria's parking lot again.

We used the Cambria a lot for your recent trip. The desktop was friendly and the driver was excellent getting us over to the airport and back. Shuttle runs every half hour, but if is available, will come get you right away. What without making you wait till the 15 minute mark on each side

Lot was safe and in good area.Plenty of parking.No real wait for shuttle coming or going. Front desk made it friendly and easy.

We only park at Cambria, the staff at the desk are friendly, the shuttle is prompt and the shuttle drivers are great.

I paid for the parking service at Cambria Suites hotel at RDU Airport and initially things were ok. I then returned 4 days later landing at 10:05pm and was told the shuttle was on its way. Needless to say I was waiting in the cold outside the airport where shuttle service picks up customers until 10:48pm. I called on a couple occasions and was told the shuttle will be there shortly and front desk personnel will contact the shuttle to make it known I was waiting outside at the zone assigned. This was not satisfactory at all and it became an inconvenience for me to travel back to my home 2 hours away so I had to stay at the hotel instead of driving home. It was a very disappointing experience, and not the service I expected.

I will use them again very great customer service. Everyone was so nice

My experience with Cambria Hotel RDU was nothing short of horrible. One stop parking was not the issue, I am currently in the process of getting a refund and they are being helpful. When I arrived to check in for parking, I was immediately told that there were no spots available even though I saw plenty in the parking lot, and mind you I parked in one to go in and get checked in to park! The man at the front desk was not helpful at all and kept saying there were none available. I insisted that I'd booked this reservation weeks ago and had proof that I could show him the confirmation email but he kept cutting me off. I asked him what is the point of a reservation if they will not honor it? He would not answer me. This nearly cost me to miss my flight and not see my kids on Christmas. Do NOT book parking here!

I’ve been parking here for over a year, it’s a nice place to park. The staff at the desk inside the hotel is always pleasant and the shuttle is always on time to and from the airport.
