Please note that no shuttle service is available outside of these operating hours; if traveling outside these hours, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 859-817-0337 to arrange for your airport pickup. Pickups are available on demand during normal shuttle operating hours (6:30 AM to 11:00 PM).

If arriving outside of these operating hours, guests will need to arrange their own return transportation.

Parking shuttle

The lines were down at the hotel when I returned from a 13 hour flight. Tried to contact 1-800 Holiday. NO HELP AT ALL!! Had to end up taking a taxi back to my car after already paying Holiday Inn for a shuttle. So it cost me double. Not a Happy Camper. Holiday Inn really let me down. I have been a priority member for 40 years😤.

Great people, car was safe

We had a great experience parking here and every employee of the Holiday Inn Express that assisted us was friendly and personable. Car was safe and sound when we returned. Shuttle says every 30 minutes, but they do it on demand as well. We were shuttled upon arrival and did not have to wait til the half hour mark.

Shuttle was fine, driver was not

Driver kept hitting that we should tip even had links to give her money. That is not professional. Did tip but my wife heard her make a snide remark about amount. Tipping is based on individual perception and should not be based on drivers pressure.

Return pick up from CVG airport

The evening lady driver that picked up from CVG was very rude she questioned me and my husband several time about our drop off location after we told her several times we were going to the right location before letting us aboard and she never questioned any other passengers then after we aboard she call and questioned again about us two on board as if we were trying to get a free ride to hotel that was uncalled for, and had made us very uncomfortable. Other than this incident we have parked at this location several times, leaving out on a flight.

Perfect for long term parking

Everyone is personable, professional, helpful. Hotel is clean. We use the hotel if our flight departures are very early in the day or our arrivals are late in the evening. Helps reduce the stress of traveling. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We will continue to use the Holiday Inn Express on Vandercar Way in Florence, KY.

Great Staff!

The staff was amazing! The customer service and hospitality was top tier! Admired and deeply appreciated. Upon arriving at the hotel, the shuttle was delayed for 20 minutes which did cause us to miss our flight. Very unhappy about that and no empathy from the general manager at all! The shuttle drivers after the initial incident also had good customer service. The first driver didn’t even apologize for being late, he actually didn’t say anything at all to us.

Everything was great except when you’re tired from a long flight and the shuttle takes an hour from the time you call. We ended up calling an Uber and had to pay for that.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the price was very good and the lot was secure and clean no issues at all. Within a few miles from the airport so the shuttle was very short. Great experience.

1. The shuttle was ready to leave about 5 minutes after we arrived. The front desk staff gave us the parking pass for our car and directed us to the parking space. 2. The only place for shuttle pickup and drop off at CVG is inconveniently located in a nearby parking structure. Not horrible, but not as nice as being dropped off at the airline baggage check. But that's a CVG thing, shuttles and ride share lots are at opposite ends of the terminal. 3. Hotel folks were extremely nice.

SLOW PICKUP

came to drop vehicle exactly at 58 mins, they told me shuttle just left ** shuttle should go every 00 and 30 mins ** when arrived to airport, called and tell them we are here, they said in 5 mins shuttle should leave to pick us up, took them 50 mins to arrive(van was empty) very slow
