We had a very good experience with parking our car at Hyatt Place. The parking lot was quiet and the staff were friendly and professional. We had the same shuttle driver for both trips and he was extremely friendly on our trip over to the airport and very welcoming on our trip back to the hotel We will definitely park again at the Hyatt Place if/when we fly out of CVG.

We just recently used Hyatt Place CVG Airport for parking and it was the worst experience. I had my handicap Mom, Aunt, and blind friend with me and the driver didn't even talk to us or help us with our luggage and he didn't even help us get into the shuttle. We will NEVER use the Hyatt Place CVG Airport for parking again ....terrible customer service. And to top that off, I had called them to let them know that we were outside at shuttle pickup (Lot 3) and the front desk lady said that her driver would be here in 15 minutes. He didn't arrive until 35-40 mins later.

Please, use this service & this hotel. They are so worth it. I'll use the Hyatt again with one stop parking because it really does save money. Hyatt has a great 24 hr shuttle. I actually stayed the night and caught the red eye shuttle. They were there ready to roll at o' dark thirty when needed. They also retrieved me almost a month later! My car was still there in the condition I left it, where I left it. The shuttle was prompt: both times. The driver was very helpful with the bags and friendly: both times. ( different drivers) The front desk was great when I called. Yes, I was worried I was 4000 miles away! So the day before I was due back I called. Also, it was clean, nice, appropriately priced, loved my accessible room.

Terrible and didn't get a refund for canceling due to the shuttle not leaving till 7 am. We had to be at the airport at 5 am.

The shuttle driver was extremely rude. And i felt really uncomfortable riding alone. I also waited an hour after airport arrival. Even after calling. And when i called a 2nd time. They stated the shuttle only does pick up if they have a drop off.

Open lot is in great condition. Driver is very friendly. However, there is only one driver. In our case, the driver had just left the airport and we just arrived at pick up. We had to wait for him to pick up at the hotel and get back...40 minutes. It was cold. I was impatient.

Such an convenient alternative to airport parking. This location is apprx 15 minutes away from airport. The shuttle was very timely and efficient! Cant beat the price either! I will definitely boom again

The parking lot at the Hyatt was clean, even soon after a snow storm. The shuttle service is friendly and efficient. The hotel is in excellent condition and they have the processing of new parked vehicles down to a quick efficient process. I would recommend.

Left my car at the Hyatt Place for 5 days. Shuttle was on time both ways. The experience was a positive one!
