Extensive wait at the Airport

We waited about an hour for our shuttle to pick us up. I made the initial mistake of calling the Hotel # instead of the shuttle # but the hotel assured me that “It will be there in about 15-minutes.” Five phone calls later, more assurances and several “Call transfer failed” messages, the shuttle finally showed up. The driver said he was never alerted! I’m sure the late hour, after midnight, was a key factor!

Great experience

It was really easy to park at the hotel. I parked for 6 days. When I arrived I checked in and received a pass to put in my rear view mirror. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and drops you off at Zone 3 Ground Transportation. When I arrived back there was already a shuttle waiting so I didn’t have to call. For the price is was a good and easy experience.

Lot was pretty full but found a spot! Shuttle was full. Mornings give yourself time! Picked us up at airport 3 minutes after the half hour. Pretty good.

Great service, but the parking lot was beyond full!

Great service from the front desk and shuttle drivers, as usual. However, this time, the parking lot was completely full, and many tens of cars (including mine) were forced to park along the curbs in the parking lot. Parking alongside the curb in the crowded lot made me worry about my car getting hit. I would still be willing to try again here in the future, but if it's this crazy next time, then I may start to look for alternatives.

Shuttles Not Timely

Booked this for a 6:00 am flight. Several people with hotel rooms were called to board the shuttle and with baggage to load and unload, took a long time. The next two shuttles were not on time, likely because of this and CVGs new drop off location. I ended up getting a Rideshare so I didn't miss my flight. Advise to get there much earlier so you can try to find a parking spot and maybe be able to board the shuttle.
