Disaster Parking

I had a pre-paid parking reservation at this lot and when I arrived at the lot to park the vehicle, i was informed that the lot has discontinued the shuttle service to/from the airport and that I am left on my own to arrange the needed transport. What a mess and rude shock at the last minute! Why it was not communicated to folks who have had reservations made already??

It’s worst parking ever i have been told they are over booked and didn’t have spot to park they asked us to do on fire lane left with no choice as i have flight to catch staff said they will move it later . When we return nobody pick up the phone for shuttle we need to do uber and reach the hotel to get our car

Use this if u don't find anything good

Shuttle that they use is filthy - smells and not maintained properly. Had to wait 40 mins before the driver came to pickup and call multiple times. If you have family and kids, do not use this shuttle.. it's smells of cigarettes and god knows whatelse.

Pick up at the Philadelphia Airport

I arrived at the airport at around 11:07 and waited to see if the shuttle van would come and I waited. I saw the shuttle van drive by but at the outer lane and I thought he would stop and check to see if any customer would need a drive back to the hotel at Red Carpet but he passed by without stopping at around 11:20 PM . I wish he would have driven to the closer land where I was waiting so I could wave at him to pick me up. It was late and the weather was getting cold too.

Overall this was an easy, affordable, and efficient experience. Once I paid, I received an email with instructions on how to find the lot. Once you are there you need to go inside the hotel to get a tag to validate your car once it's parked. Upon returning from my trip, I called the shuttle number and someone answered right away and sent the shuttle van for pickup.

Airport parking experience

It’s easy to find the lot and check in. The mini van drove us to the airport very quickly. However, it’s the return (wait at zone 4 of each terminal) becomes a waiting game. My experience was very bad. It took them over 30mins to show up after I call them.
