Security needs to be improved and transportation to and from the airport as well .

This was the worst parking experience I have ever had. I paid $175 for parking because it said tjere is a shuttle. There is no shuttle, not at check in, not at check out.

The shuttle bus did not pick me up at the airport as agreed upon. The shuttle broke down and I had to Uber from the airport to the hotel. When i asked for a discount they would not even consider it. Highly unprofessional.

The shuttle left on time for departure. Upon return, apparently there is just 1 shuttle per hour, so instead of waiting 45+ minutes, I took an Uber back to the hotel. Would be more convenient to have an on-demand service of runs every 15 minutes. Also, having some shad and a place for EVs to charge would be a good feature.

Everything was well and the driver responded to our pickup request in a timely manner

we called for the shuttle at 10 pm, the driver told us if we were not where we were suppose to be he was only driving around 1 time then leaving, we told him we were walking to the pick up location as we were on the phone with him and he did not stop for us. We called him again and they said too bad we are done till 7am. It cost us $30 to get to the hotel for our car, once we arrived they did not care and were rude to us, location is not great and I would not park here again.

Driver kindly waited 2-3 minutes for me to park and head ti airport. When I returned to Atlanta airport zone 3, driver showed up in 15 minutes as he/dispatcher said. Nice!

the hotel is pretty close to the airport

I left my car for a week. Days Inn was right off of I-85 and there was plenty of parking. The lot was well-lit and the customer service person and shuttle bus driver were courteous and professional.

I got this spot at the last minute when a competitor failed to deliver as promised. The shuttle was timely , and the driver was helpful and personable.

I miss my flight because the driver for the Bus took half an hour for that it cost me head ache missing my flight and I hate to sleep in the Airport and pay. For flight next day I am very angry

Shuttle does not take you to the international terminal, used taxi on the way back - $25 one way...

The hotel is Somewhat far from the airport. The shuttle takes forever to come. I had called him twice while I was waiting at the airport for the shuttle to come. I had a better experience with other hotels.

Overall very good customer service, timely drop off and pickup service. The rates daily were affordable. I will surely use again in the future.

When calling for service it gives you incorrect information that was frustrating until finally I just called the front desk.

I normally use this place to park. Its always packed so if you are considering choose early. The only bad experience I've had is recently when the driver of the shuttle basically begged me for a tip. I had a long day and was ready to go home. Normally I tip but I don't like being pressured into tipping.

Shuttles run every hour. Very inconvenient for customers. Other locations run shuttles more frequently.
