All good!

Everything was great except the shuttle never came. And they would not answer the phone it was late 1:30 am they said to wait at between 9 and 11 for the shuttle pick up. We had a hard time finding it so it took us about 15 min to get to the right spot. When we got there we called it was 1:45 am no one answers the phone at 2:10 am we took a lift to get to our car. And it cost us $24 not happy about that

This was my first time using this offsite parking facility. Departure went well. However On returning to the Atlanta airport I was directed to the wrong area to wait for the shuttle. Please update your site and give a better description and location of where to find the shuttle. A telephone number is not sufficient. I waited for 30 minutes in the wrong area.

The place was difficult to locate and the name of parking wasn’t to visual. We were guessing and went inside the hotel to see the signage. We didn’t realize the parking was at the hotel.

Most affordable long term parking for ATL. Very easy to use, and shuttles to/from airport are readily available. My only comment is that no information regarding the car (i.e., make/model, color, license plate, etc.) was requested, so I'm not sure how they know your car is actually there or which one is yours. I was a little uneasy that it could be towed. I only write this to ease other's minds, because my car was right where I left it after 3 weeks.

Only one shuttle. When it was filled we had to wait for a regular car to take us to the airport. Very crowded for 5 people with the pandemic.

Easy access makes this location even better. Small with great service. Unlike other locations north of airport for quicker access.

My friend told me about it, and I love it! So glad I decided to go with it because I was wasn’t sure at first. The parking prices, shuttle service, customer service and the hotel were all a good 1st time experience. I wanted to leave a review for anyone 1st timers who are second guessing using one stop parking. Would recommend...and would use again and again!

The spot seems safe. Its v ery difficult to find. Shuttle drivers were rude and wouldn’t help with bags.

Was very impressed how fast the shuttle arrived and dropped us off. The price was incredible.

This is our go-to place for parking when we travel. It has always been a good experience. This time, the shuttle was a little late, causing us to cut it close making our flight. We have never had that problem before, and I know the shuttle has just started running again, so probably having to get things worked out again.

The lot was clean and secured. I have used this lot before and knew what to expect. There was no shuttle service (due to the pandemic) but Uber and Lfyt are readily available. The Lyft cost was $10 to the terminal and $15 for the return. Great location! Highly recommended.

Good experience

Shuttle was not available however the experience was great and a flat rate.

Everything was great, only thing that was inconvenient was there was no shuttle to and from the airport due to Covid-19. The airport had a lot of shuttles but not the hotel. Very close to airport and car stayed safe the entire time. I would recommend this service to others, just keep in mind there will be an added expense because of paying for Uber or Lyft.
