Excellent service. Great location. 1000% recommend.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Love the 24hr shuttle service and gated lots. Our driver was amazing! This was my second time using this parking service/location, and could not be more satisfied. Will definitely use them again!

Bad communication

Was unclear of pickup spot. Waited 40+ minutes to be picked up. Desk receptionist told us to wait on the side. We missed the shuttle which actually came to the front. The second receptionist told us to wait inside to be picked up. Once on the shuttle, everything was fine. When getting dropped off, I asked do we call when we ready to be picked up . He said, no just come outside, we ride every 15-20 minutes. When we got outside . We waited another 50 minutes then was later told, we don’t pick up in the same spot as drop off. You have to walk all the way to the other side.

Stress-Free Airport Parking with a Reliable Shuttle

I used the Marriott Courtyard Airport South for airport parking during the holidays and it was a smooth, hassle-free experience. The parking felt secure, and the shuttle to ATL was reliable and timely, which really helped take the stress out of travel day. It’s more affordable than parking directly at the airport. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely recommend it as a convenient park-and-fly option.

Long Parking Wait on Labor Day

I recently visited One Stop location and had to wait over an hour just to park. I was told this was due to Labor Day crowds and the lot being at maximum capacity. While I understand holidays bring more traffic, the delay was very frustrating and made the experience less enjoyable. I hope the management considers ways to better handle busy days, and it would be great if customers who go through this type of inconvenience could receive some kind of credit or discount toward a future visit.

Good deal

I used it at a good price and the location was good, but the waiting time for the shuttle was a bit long when using it early in the morning.

Could not park!!!

When I arrived I was told they no longer accepted 3rd party parking. I had to park at the Airport Marriott and it cost me $70! I demand a refund!

Good Parking

The parking lot is small, so there isn't much parking space. It seems like it won't be possible to park during peak season.
