I waited to call the shuttle until I got to the shuttle spot. It to 45 minutes for it to come; meanwhile the shuttles from other hotels came by three times or more. After it had been thirty minutes, the desk person called me back to ask if I was there.now at the waiting place. I told her I was there when I first called. I was about to call an uber though. Then about 15 minutes later the shuttle arrives and the driver is angry when he found out how long we had been waiting. Said she had not called him. Then when we get to the hotel, there were people who looked suspicious brushing their teeth in the back of the parking lot, and just looked like were not staying at the hotel. Even the bus driver commented that they needed lot security to keep people like that away. I doubt I will use this service again. I will pick a more professional hotel or The Parking Spot.

When you don’t want to spend a lot of money on airport parking, choose to park at Comfort Inn. They were courteous and efficient getting us to the airport in a timely manner. They do stop at a couple of other places as they shuttle but we were at the airport within 20 minutes. I will use this service again!

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Parking easy, no scanning, just pull into a spot. Shuttle does serve several hotels.

Staff was friendly & parking was easy & cheap. Would recommend!

Friendly staff, easy check-in, safe lot.

Very easy and convenient! The staff and shuttle drivers were excellent.

Good value

Convenient lot & timely shuttle

We left our car parked here for 5 days. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off with little waiting. The drivers were friendly and drove sensible. Would use this parking again.

Very straightforward to get checked in. Shane, our shuttle driver was excellent!

This was a great option to have. Nice lit lot. Great driver. Highly recommended

Great service! Shuttle pickup and drop-off went smoothly and in a timely manner. We'll definitely book again!

Everything was fine except the initial shuttle to take us to BNA. It took about 30 minutes and was advertised as every 20 minutes.

It would’ve been a lot easier for me and much less confusing had the van had all three of your locations listed on the outside. As it was, I had difficulty finding the van, and the location to get to the van was very far from the airport, and, I didn’t see my car at the first two sites she stopped at, so I had a moment of panic, actually thinking my car had been stolen!!! it was the least expensive, but I doubt that I will use it again

They are friendly. The shuttle service is quick and the drivers are friendly and helpful.

This is the fourth time I've used One Stop Parking and everytime has been perfect. The shuttle driver was Chris who I've had before. He's so friendly and nice

While the lot was full when I got there, checking in was seamless and the shuttle arrived quickly. The price was great and the lot is lighted. I will use again.

I will park there again. Shuttle was quick, friendly drivers, and good price.

I waited for 75 minutes until shuttle bus to pick up me after my call. It appeared the staff had no clues about shuttle bus service and coordinate pick up.

Have used this hotel for airport parking dozens of times. Always satisfied
