Getting picked up from the airport was a bit sketchy the second time I used this service. Otherwise, could park and get to the airport without issue.

We like to stay here for an overnight before catching a flight and utilize the prolonged parking if taking a lengthy vacation. We were gone 10 days this time and returned to an intact vehicle with no complaints. We always park near the front entrance, under security light and camera, preferably in a corner of the lot to avoid cars on both sides parking next to us. Make sure no valuable items can be seen through your windows.

They are not honoring paid parking for airport shuttle. You will have to get a uber!

I approved right at 10 minutes early before the hour to get a ride. They were so confused I even paid for parking then told me there was.no shuttle. I told her it said there was a shuttle so she went back to office and they told her to “go head and call”. Shuttle picks me up and girl proceeds to tell me how many cats get broken in to in their lot all the time and how they have zero security. Pickup was a nightmare and I waited nearly 45 minutes when I could have walked there in that time. Overall, plan to go somewhere else. It’s not worth the headaches and the worries.

Shuttle left me standing at the airport, hotel front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Best Western service was kind and friendly and very supportive. Shuttle was very timely. It was a quick and easy experience.

Called to schedule a pick up was told I couldn’t schedule a pick up until I was in the garage…once I was in the garage I called again to schedule pick up and was told there’s a 35 minute wait

I have parked at this hotel and used the shuttle several times. Never disappointed in the service! This time we even extended our stay in Las Vegas and able to easily change our reservation for our car to stay an extra day. Super easy! Will always use them for any trip to the airport!

The customer service was lackluster but the was plenty parking and safe environment. Overall for the price , good. Also close to the airport. The shuttle service was good. The guy who dropped me off at airport was incredibly slow so I got my luggage out by myself. He literally was dragging himself as slow as a snail.

Staff was terrific. Shuttle drivers were there quickly. Very happy with the experience and would park here again.

Used this location 3x now. Shuttle only seems to run once an hour, if you miss it your SOL until the next one while other hotels and services cycle through 3-4x.

This hotel and long term parking for our 3 week vacation was perfect. It was close to the airport, had a complimentary shuttle service, and we were able to park our vehicle in a well lit spot just off to side of the front door parking. There were no problems upon picking up the car, just got in and drove home. Oh, and it was half the price of even the cheapest parking option at the airport. We will definitely use this option again the next time we fly out of Nashville.
