Overall good Parking Spot. Going to the airport, Shuttle was ready after check-In. Coming back had to wait over 30 minutes for pickup.

I want to start a petition to shut this place down without a day's worth of delay. AMOUNT THAT YOU PAY IS NOT A FINAL AMOUNT. UPON ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING BUT A COMPACT CAR. EVEN SEDAN AND SMALL SUVs ARE CHARGED. On top of that upon return, this place charged me one extra day although I paid for a full day just because I had mentioned a time based on my flight arrival. PLS PLS MAKE SURE YOU WRITE ARRIVAL TIME TO THE MAX TO AVOID ONE MORE DAY OF CHARGE. THE TOP BILLS THAT THESE GUYS PROVIDE ARE WITHOUT ANY BUSINESS NAME SO NEED TO REPORT TO THE IRS. I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE IRS THIS WEEK. I SAW ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING PEOPLE FROWNING WITH UNKNOWN CHARGES.

I paid online so I thought I found a good deal, but I get to the lot three hours before my flight and they say I owe $6.00 per day more for my SUV. Seems like a bait and switch pricing scheme. Shuttle was fast. You leave your key with them since they are moving cars around to double park vehicles. Neighborhood is warehouses / light industrial. Not happy about the pricing, but everything else went fine.

Lot is small and cars are parked close together with multiple cars parked back to back five or more deep. You have to leave your keys. We arrived at the lot and were told that Jeep compass (which is a compact suv) was considered a mid size and we were charged another $65 on top of what I already paid. Then when we arrived back from our trip it took them over 45 minutes to pick us up. Which made us arrive at the lot after midnight and they tried to charge me another day and was going to give me my key back unless I paid. I argued it and they made a call and them gave me my key. We will never park there again. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The lot is pretty basic. They have various hidden charges which are not disclosed on the website. Like SUV charges etc. Also they claim online extension are not allowed and tried to take extra money from me. Luckily I asked them to check their emails and they saw the new reservation date.

Put name into the GPS, not the address they give you. They consider every car oversized and demand $5 more per day. Charged 15%to use the credit card. Difficult to understand them when they speak. Shuttle clean and efficient. Use another service.

Hidden fee of 8$ a day extra for suv. Should have been presented in online booking but it wasn’t. When I got there they made me pay 40$ extra bc I have an suv.

Don’t even go there they are scammers.

I will not park again with Parking Point or use this website again to book my parking after this experience. Like someone else, I was charged with a hidden fee of $5/day for a compact SUV (Nissan Rogue), which was not listed anywhere on the onestopparking website. This was charged at the lot, so there’s no chance to change your parking since you have flight to catch. We tried to dispute the charge with onestopparking and they were no help. I feel totally taken advantage of. Additionally, the van was in poor shape, smelly, and totally nondescript - just a random white van. They took care of the car, but I feel like their business practices are deceptive.

The confirmation email lists the wrong address that puts you miles away from the lot. When you park, there's no indication of where to go to give your keys to the valet, and the shuttle is too small to take everyone to the airport, so we ended up waiting on both trips for a second run from the shuttle.

Staff attitudinal and unhelpful. Lied about the shuttle wait going and coming. Almost gave me the wrong car.

I missed my flight because this location is very difficult to find. No signage from the street, incorrect address on confirmation email, 2 different company names on GPS. I called and they gave me incorrect directions and couldn't provide any nearby landmarks or cross streets. I asked multiple other lots on the area and no one could help find them. I drove around for a extra hour looking for them. They also charged an extra fee for a SUV that was not mentioned during booking. I do not recommend!

Everything worked fine, but I will not go back: They charge you extra AFTER you paid online. So you arrive at the lot, and this guy points to a piece of paper on the wall that has various amounts per day depending on the size of your car ("small, medium or large SUV", it was $3 per day for my "small SUV"). When I pointed out that this doesn't seem right, the guy's only comment was: "Everyone pays it, you have to pay it". And of course you pay, you have a flight to catch. The fact that I had to wait 30 minutes for my return shuttle from the airport at night and that they charged me $35 extra because my flight got canceled and I had to pick up the car 6 hours later - whatever. But this surprise fee is unacceptable.
