Lot is in poor condition and not attended When I arrived only 3 spots left Shuttle drivers excellent

All went as expected with this experience. We had stayed at the Hilton before and knew it would be fine. The shuttle to and from the airport was on time, although the one from the airport was crowded and we barely got on. Others were turned away to wait for the next shuttle. We returned a day late due to a flight cancellation, and the hotel was kind enough to not charge us for the extra day. The only downside at the hotel is the condition of the parking lot. The pavement is on rough shape, and the parking aisles are narrow in places, especially where people park where there are no marked spaces. Other than that, stay away from the spaces under trees, or the bird will paint your car white.

I needed to change reservation due to flight cancellation. My flight changed again, but I was unable to change reservation again.

Convenient, friendly service

Have used this lot a few times now when traveling overseas out of Newark. Well lit and fenced in lot but anyone can walk past the gate if they want to. Lot does get pretty full and sometimes can be tricky to find a legitimate spot to park your car. Shuttle service is solid. They have replaced with all new shuttles since the last time we flew out of Newark. Note pickup when you return is not at your terminal. Will need to get on the AirTram and go to station P3 for shuttle pickup. When you return need to bring your gate ticket along with your reservation notice to have lobby staff validate the ticket to exit the lot.

I had a great experience with parking at the Hilton Hotel and using the Shuttle to get pick up from the Airport!

Convenient and reasonably priced for long term parking

The lot was full but I found a spot nobody touched my car I would definitely use again

I’ve used this lot a handful of times now and it is always quick and easy and painless to get parked, load their brand new, high top shuttles, and get to your terminal. The garage is closed for repair so it’s uncovered only, and there can be a bit of a walk back from/to an open spot. Shuttle runs regularly, although the time tracker for pick up from P3 can be a little misleading. (I think the drivers take a breather before arriving at P3 because it will say they are 1 minute away for 5-10 minutes.) At $11/day, I recommend it! Hope the price doesn’t go up.

The Hilton has become my favorite parking place for flights out of Newark airport. The shuttle is always there waiting to take you to the airport, and back to the hotel as well. The drivers are friendly, and courteous. Leaving the parking lot when returning home is incredibly easy and quick.

There could be more signage with instructions confirming the lot for airport parking as well as how to get out of the lot. It wasn’t clear to me I had to hold onto the ticket and have it validated inside. Also one of the ticket machines was not accepting the tickets for exiting the lot. Lastly the shuttle buses need to put the air on. Another passengers child threw up be use it was too warm. All in all the parking was easy and the shuttle was on time. Of the above could be addressed it would make the experience stronger

Our experience with this parking service was highly frustrating. Their platform states that shuttles run every 20 minutes on the hour, yet we waited for more than 45 minutes. This is an on-demand service masquerading as a scheduled one; a shuttle was only dispatched because I actively called the front desk to prompt them. Additionally, the digital shuttle tracker is highly inaccurate, falsely indicating a vehicle was en route when one was not. The service fell entirely short of what was promised online.

Easy and convenient.

When I park here, I have easebof mind that I will get to my terminal in time. I know my car is safe.. The drivers are very safe and courteous. I highly recommend parking here.

The room was good and the parling lot was secure. Nice bar and restaurant on site.

Percy (Driver) was in prime form. If you were not familiar with the parking/shuttle service, Percyh is the " RIGHT PERSON" for the job. Much Respect to Percy. He definitely has great customer service skills.

Easy to park, timely to terminal, 5 min wait for pick up, good deal all around

Always a pleasure parking at the Hilton. Even with all the snow we had the lot was as clean as possible, we had no trouble finding a spot.
