Please present your booking confirmation (on your device or printed) to the valet attendant in front of the hotel. In exchange you will receive a valet ticket. Keep this valet ticket and present it upon your return.
The hotel provides an airport shuttle that runs 24/7, approximately every 25 to 30 minutes to and from the airport
Our shuttle pick up area at the airport is indicated by a red sign that says "Hotel shuttles and private parking shuttle" located on the upper departure/ticketing level.
Shuttle will have Sonesta written on the side.

Terrible service
I waited over an hour at LAX for the shuttle only to watch it pass by 3 times. I finally decided to get an uber which cost 45 due to the demand. I shared this with the sonesta parking employees only for them to rudely tell me it was because the shuttles were full and then they walked away mid conversation as to not have to deal with my complaint. My car was then brought out and it was absolutely filthy. I will not be using sonesta again for airport parking.

Good Experience
Getting picked up from the hotel took a long time but got lucky on the return. Parking staff was great.

Overall good experience
Kind of expected the car to have been parked in the hotel's underground parking lot, but when we picked it up it was clear that it had been outdoors all week, and it also had a bad musty smell inside. Otherwise, shuttle service was great, valet was great, communication was great.

Airport parking
Had a flight to be out of town for a week made a reservation pulled and and valet parked the vehicle. Airport shuttle was waiting jumped on caught my flight in more then enough time to make it through TSA check in. Came back from my vacation caught my shuttle the valet brought the truck up and left. Very professional and helpful great service. Will definently use again thanks guys and girls keep up the great work!

Fast and Efficient
Great parking and it was a pleasure using it. Our flight arrived almost an hour early and we still were on the shuttle within 5 minutes. Very helpful on the shuttle to and from the hotel. Will definitely use it again.

Excellent Experience
They have the best prices of all the lots by LAX. The shuttle says it runs from 7AM-11PM but it operates 24/7. Very timely and convenient. We arrived back to the hotel after valet hours but were still able to retrieve our vehicle. Everything is well organized and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Valet closed!
When I arrived at the Sonesta, they had valet blocked off and had sign that said parking is full. I was instructed to park next door. I pulled a ticket next door with my phone number and when I got back form my trip I could not get out. Sonesta is a nightmare to park at. I would not recommend anyone use them. I spent an hour with the parking people at Sonesta hotel trying to figure out what happened and they tried to charge me the full rate. At the end my issue was resolved but what a hassle.
