Satisfied Customer

Fox Auto Parks is an easy in/easy out option for parking at LAX. The shuttles are run frequently, and the drivers are helpful. I use the car wash option so when I pick up my care it is ready for me and nice and clean. The price is economical as well.

Will use again

The employees were super nice, friendly, and professional. Great service. Vans' condition was awesome and timeliness was spot on. I'll be using them again when I fly from LAX

Poor service

Had to call office to ask them to pick us up. Office referred my husband to the website to request pick up from airport. It took me many calls to get a hold of someone at the office (line was busy) and then it took a good 25 minutes for shuttle to arrive. I wouldn't use their services again. Poor customer service. Also, prices on the website did not match what we were charged.

It’s ok

When arriving to park my car it was a smooth process. When leaving lax to get to the shuttle was another story. I wish they had an app to track when the shuttle was arriving at the airport. It said to go upstairs on receipt and got lucky when one shuttle rolled up when it did. I will say they did park my car a little too close to another car which was a little hard to get in. Thankfully I did not ding the car next to me. It’s not too bad of a place to leave your car. I will use them again.

Car pick up

My Keyes were misplaced for 20 minutes and there was no communication via a radio available between staff, the email says one stop and the shuttle says fox

Cheap but customer service skills lacking

Customer service skills are lacking. When we dropped off our car the check in person was rude, unfriendly and no customer service skills. When we picked up our car we were later than anticipated (our flight was delayed) and was charged another day. I wasn't aware of extra charge and if I had I would have added more time to allow for this. Unfortunately I didn't know. Again, the person at the desk had no customer service skills.

Great experience

The check in area is clean. I was lucky and never had to wait for a shuttle at all- it was just there departing and arriving. Everyone was super nice and organized. Will definitely use for my future flights.

Valet?

You have to park your car yourself and walk to it when you return. That’s not Valet, plus I paid for covered and it was not and one of the windows was left open… Try harder!

Shuttle experience

Everything went smoothly. On upon our return we were accidentally dropped off at the car rental. We started to walk the few blocks to the shuttle destination. They sent a shuttle to pick us up right away. Very impressed with their concern for us walking at night in the area.
