We arrived from the West Coast about 2 AM, which is an hour late-made the phone call to get the shuttle. The gentleman said 10 minutes next thing I knew it was only five.-fantastic he was pleasant. The parking spot was secure, even though it’s not the best maintained it can’t be the price and the convenience how close it is.

I had to wait 30’ past my stated arrival time for the shuttle on my way to the airport. Return shuttle was quick. Much to my surprise, hotel parking was about 0.5 mi away in a gated weedy stony lot. I was happy that it was gated. Hotel receptionist and shuttle driver were courteous. Price was competitive and the best around. I would use this venue again.

Parking was fine, however the pickup driver had a lot of road rage. With a full van, he was yelling and screaming at the cars in front of us all the way to the drop off point. Extremely disconcerting and unprofessional.

This parking lot reminds me old barren area where there is no markings, paved roads. Old schools still exists.

Very fast and near to the airport

I used to go to the the Buffalo parking spot yellow and black shuttle but realized the sleep inn shuttle is half the price. No issues . And the drivers are very friendly.

Everything good except we had to call three times and wait for the shuttle. We were finally told there was an incident at their other location.

I had a very frustrating experience with Sleep Inn's parking services. Apparently you usually wait in your car for a shuttle to escort your to an off-site garage to park your car, and THEN they take you to the airport. I reserved online AND called an spoke with the hotel and none of this was explained. I was extremely late for a flight due to an accident that backed up the freeway for over an hour, and these details were very necessary in my timing of getting to the airport. When I explained my situation to the shuttle driver, he was very dismissive and uncaring, offering no help or solutions whatsoever and no understanding or care for my situation. I left the shuttle and called an uber.

Shuttle going there was a little slow but coming home was smooth and efficient. Good value. Will definitely park here again

Offers everything one require. I wish BUF has a warm waiting atra to wait for the shuttle (in winter) and a courtesy phone to call the shuttle as majority of Ontario residents who park here do not wish to incur international roaming call.

Shuttle ready upon arrival at hotel. Quick call afterwards for pickup. Personable driver. Quick couple minutes to airport.

I’ve had flights cancel last minute and one call and they’re like “ No problem sir , safe flight “. I’ve also been late and have had them rush right over to airport. I don’t usually do reviews but this is one I feel obligated to because of how well I’ve been treated.
