They did not let me park there!

I was told there would be a shuttle to take me to and from the airport, but at the last minute I was told there was no shut. Therefore, I ended up spending money for an Lyft to and from the airport which ended up costing me and extra $30. I asked for them to compensate for the inconvenience and it was refused. I do not feel I was treated fairly as a company like this could easily afford to refund at least the parking fee since I had to pay for Uber both ways. This is not professional and bad business.

This is an excellent spot for long-term airport parking. I will continue to use this for my long-term parking needs! The shuttle driver was friendly, helpful, and considerate. I have only two exceptions. When I arrived, it took 5-10 minutes for the desk staff to find the shuttle driver, although he was parked outside. He was in the building, but the desk staff seemed confused. In addition, I didn't have any paperwork exchange when I left my car for three weeks, which left me feeling a bit anxious. I was asked to write down my license number on a scrap piece of paper.

Best with no hassle very convenient

The parking was easy to find and access. The shuttle to the airport was accessable in a timely manner. When I returned to the airport I called several times over the course of 20 minutes and no one at the hotel picked up the phone. I took a Lyft back to the lot the get my car.

Over all I was pleased starting with available space n lot the price and drive to airport with taking the back roads and not the busy highway the young lady that took us we had 4 posts but the ride back it felt he took us around the world lol bc he took the busy streets and not the back way to the airport thanks again will diff use again

Great price for parking near the airport. The shuttle was convenient and prompt. The drivers both to the airport and from the airport were friendly and prompt. Highly recommended!

Customer service at hotel tried to tell us we had to book night at the hotel in order to park there.

They are just starting this service but I think they are doing great and it will only get better as they go along.

The hotel lobby entrance was difficult to determine since it adjoins another hotel, but the receptionist was pleasant and obtained necessary information, explained that they don't put the parking sign on the cars since it is in the general mall parking for security reasons and they have a security monitor the parked cars every night. Our car was in the same condition when we left it. The shuttle service was immediate when we arrived and wait time for our return was reasonable. Overall nice and more economical alternative parking from the airport lot.

The driver was super nice, but he was working the front desk and answering the phones. No one was there to help home. I waited 35 minutes when I should have taken an uber. Coming back I just took an uber.

I was told by hotel staff this parking website was a scam. So, therefore I would like a refund because I was unable to park there for long term airport parking without being a registered guest.
