Convenient location.Never any problems lots cheaper than airport on site parking

when I left my car at the beginning of my trip on February 16, I was surprised to see outside of the Econolodge office door a white van parked. And on it where the words Econolodge airport shuttle. I don’t understand why

Lot was a quick Uber ride to the cruise port. They could pave the entrance. Overall I would recommend it. I’ve used this place twice and will again in the future

I was concerned that there was no sort of check-in. I parked the car in an open space and then went to the office to let them know I was here and what kind of car it was. Had to speak over a speaker system to someone who said don't worry about it. I just kind of wondered how did they know whose car was parking where. Just seemed a little sketchy. But everything worked out okay. The car was there when I got back.

There is no one at the front desk to answer questions for late/early hours parking. It would be nice to have a shuttle option. The vehicle was parked there for a week and was fine upon my return. I will use it again.

I left my car during 7 days and it was very convenient. The price was fair and I highly recommend

The car was there when we came back but the office people did very little so I felt very uuncomfortable leaving my car there

Parking spot was easy to find. Customer service was very responsive. Only drawback was the need to pay Uber back and forth to/from the airport which amounted to about $35 additional cost.

Was great, and fur a practice

Before I booked, I was told that shuttle service was provided. However, when I arrived, I was informed I would have to wait two hours for the shuttle to take me to the airport. As a result, I ended up using Uber both to and from the airport. At that point, I might as well have just parked at the airport and paid for parking. On top of that, it was difficult to communicate with staff, as it seemed no one spoke English.

They took great care of my car

Parking lot is well lit and monitored by hotel attendant. Four minutes away from airport. I will definitely use this again.

I walked to the airport from here, 1.5 miles, quicker than sorting out a shuttle, did the reverse on the return. For me it was needed exercise. Vehicle stayed for about three weeks, all was well.

The staff are very unpleasant to interact with. Every time I talked to them, they make me feel like I am a burden. That alone was enough to make me look elsewhere.

Was not informed that had to pay for shuttle service. $25.00 one way. No one ever answered phone or messages to pick us up at airport. Will not recommend to anyone. Horrible experience.

The shuttle was not available. I was forced to use airport parking. Again. I will not book this provider again. Ever. Ron Hargett

I booked this parking because it was cheaper than the airport parking and every hotel that I have been to that has an airport shuttle, there has never been a charge. However, this hotel charges $15 one way for their airport shuttle. I was not made aware of this in advance, so, it ended up costing me more to park here than it would have been if I had just parked at the airport.

I parked here at 6am and waited 20 min for a shuttle that never showed up after calling the number listed 6-8 times. I was then told by the front desk that there is no shuttle so I had to drive to the airport and park there.
