I reserved online and got confirmation that I can check out at 11pm. However when I called they said it closes at 10pm. I was forced to take Uber which cost me $100.00 back home and another $100.00 to pick the car the following morning. Dissapointing experience.

Not much farther than other lots, much better price, leave some extra time for the shuttle and train to YYZ.

I recommend this place

Took ages to get my car. I had to go and let the lady in the front know before she asked again for the key and then took another 20 minutes to get ny car... all while my young children waited outside tired and hungry. Will not be using the service again

All went well. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Didn't way long for the shuttle

The price was right for 30 days. Very courteous drivers

Very practical, comfortable and economical. Infact better than expectation. It was my first time to need and look for a parking around Toronto Pearson Airport that could also be affordable. Very much recommended.

Went away on a two week trip and the second time using their service. Everything went smoothly and on time.

Need faster check in service, need more people at front desk

Routes are not operating between 12am to 6am. As our flight got delayed we reached at 1:30am hence we count not get our car. We had to wait until 6am. They should operate 24 x 7 that way easier to take the car.

Shuttles on time

Worst place to park your car while on a trip The staff blocked my car in with 4 other cars when they knew I was going to pick it up that day. they lost the keys for one of the cars in the way but they didn’t let me know while I was waiting for an hour they just kept telling me “5 more mins” I even offered to help move cars to make it faster as my wife and 1 year old daughter were waiting with all our luggage at the airport When I lost my temper a female employee told me they weren’t even going to look for the keys because the didn’t like that I was angry The Indian lot guy and another indian guy behind the counter kept insisting I come outside to fight them because they didn’t want to fight inside i just kept telling them I want me car and I’m leaving Now I know why this place is soo cheap because they hire below standard staff and can under pay them Also if you are renting too the shuttle service is garbage they don’t tell you when you book but they drop you to a train station at the airport that takes your to the terminal which is like a 45min process And they shuttle is very small people had to wait for the shuttle to return for the 3rd time before getting a spot in it

I was hoping to be dropped @ the terminal, not at the bus stop. Ended paying for an uber Very disappointed

Excellent customer service and overall very satisfied

The shuttles provided drops passengers at the Viscount train station which is just like 3 minutes free ride by train to the main terminal. So if you have lots of luggages like 2 big and a carry on you should know that you have to take it to upper level by escalator and get on the train. Also you should note that it's a valet system you leave the key and they park the car in their back lot. In the back lots there are cars blocking each other so when you arrive back to take your car we had a wait of like 25 minutes.

Efficient and convenient

Easy to use, convenient shuttle and location and staff was very friendly.

Very reasonable priced very friendly and excellent service Definitely will use them again if needed!!!!!!!

Waited 90 minutes at the airport calling more than 35 times with a recording saying there was no one available to answer the phone. Had to call a cab to deliver us to the lot. Waited at the lot for 45 minutes to get our keys. No compensation.
