Cordial, professional, fast.

The location is easy to find, very friendly and efficient staff. Good shuttle service and I am glad to recommend

Very professional, excellent service

I appreciated finding a reasonably priced parking vendor near JFK that took care of meand my car.

The staff was friendly very accommodating that me to the airport quickly. When I returned the pick up time was minutes would definitely use Park to fly again.

The original address of 123-70 on the phone took us to nothing. I read the small print on the email which said to try a different address which worked. We had to go around from South Conduit to North Conduit a couple of times to find it. Good thing we left early.

Excellent service!

Transition from lot to airport and airport to shuttle was very easy. Did not have to worry about my vehicle. It was safe.

Parking lot was easy to get to. Once arrived, was sitting outside in the rain for 5 minutes where there were signs to wait. Multiple employees walked by and nobody said anything to me. Assuming they were just busy, eventually I asked some one otherwise ignoring me what to do, and they said I needed to go inside and were condescending as if I should have known that, despite no signage indicating that and a kiosk outside with nobody inside. Service inside was rude. Shuttle wait was about 15 minutes but otherwise was convenient. Upon returning, shuttle was prompt to pick us up. Took over 20 minutes to get my car back once inside the office, and front desk receptionist was very short and rude again. My vehicles dashcam was unplugged and my tracker showed it had been moved to a lot down the street. Good price, but I wouldn’t park here again.

Very easy, on time and staff was friendly. Would use again!

Superior service by all staff we interacted with, shuttle is very clean, and the drivers are timely and professional.

Everything went smoothly. Would use again

The guys on the lot were courteous and professional making traveling during the holidays less stressful

Customer service very nice and professional shuttle fast and comfortable can’t spect better

This was the second time I've used this company as the place to leave my car-the first time at LGA, the second at JFK-and I have been very satisfied with its service at both places. Check in and check out is fast and efficient and the shuttles to and from the airport terminals are frequent and reliable. The price is reasonable, too.

This place was great overall, however, the customer service was horrible. The girls were rude and very short. They had attitudes and on top of that had issues when you asked a question or were a bit confused. I usually leave from Newark because I live in NJ but was stuck to go after work in the city and was already stressed with traffic then to deal with the attitudes was insane. On another note both shuttle drivers were awesome!!! PLEASE GET RID OF THOSE GIRLS!!

I always park with Purchase Park to Fly. Little did I know I will be disappointed. I am also a member of this park. I booked a reservation thru One Stop paring to park with Purchase Park to Fly for 04/07/23 and paid the first installment and was told to pay the balance at the lot, which I always do. I was given a reservation number. Lo and behold when I got there the park was blocked off by cones. When I tried speaking to the attendant who was tall and of about 28 years old, he told me that I cannot get inside. I told him I have a reservation and he was very, very rude. He told me point blank that I cannot park there and as my reservation was made by a third party, I should go tom them to sort my problem. I was trying to get on my flight and had to make other parking arrangements. He did not even make me go in to speak to the desk persons. I will never, ever park with them again. They need to teach their employees better customer relationship.

We left our car for 7 days at Parking 2 fly near JFK Airport. Everything was smooth and easy. Shuttle came quickly. Customer service is good.

Good

Getting there: Reservation is for Onestopparking.com but place is purchase park 2 fly which is still not prominently displayed on lot or outside sign. On return: On arrival I called the # on my ticket and followed the voice prompts to say what terminal we were at. We were told to wait by # 6 sign terminal 5. Waited 40 minutes in pouring rain and finally took a $20 taxi to your lot. Inside i was told that the automated system was not working!!! Would have waited forever.
