Shuttle Information

Upon arrival, please proceed to the office to check in. Simply show your confirmation (on your phone or printed), and you will be given a Parking Ticket with pickup instructions. This is a valet location, you are required to leave your keys.

Our shuttle runs 24/7, every 15 minutes and serves all terminals at LaGuardia Airport (LGA). You'll be transported to your terminal right after check-in. If you're having issues locating the shuttle, please call 848-350-5832

Great, but I have one complaint

The service was excellent and the link to call for the return shuttle is very efficient. I was particularly impressed that the driver called to make sure we were at the pickup location. My one complaint is that the sign at the entrance to the lot says “Carvia,” not “Parking Place”, and my reservation confirmation did not alert me to look for “Carvia.” As a result, I kept driving to look for “Parking Place” even though Google Maps told me I had arrived. The extra time spent before I returned and asked if the lot was for Parking Place added unnecessary stress to getting to the airport.

Will Use Again

The staff on return was much friendlier than at drop off, but overall we had a positive experience. We waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle going to the airport and less than 10 minutes for the shuttle coming from the airport. Our car was ready upon our arrival.

Very convenient

I found everything seamless and everyone was very accommodating. My only problem was trying to find the entrance. I must’ve gone around the block twice or three times. It may have been the problem of my GPS, but I don’t know.

Overall Good experience

Very disappointed that was not enough information regarding final payment at the kiosk, payment with credit card faces on increase on the value! If you don’t pay cash they charge you a fee of almost $20.00

Don’t book

Couldn’t find lot name was different from one I booked with on line. Line was ridiculous and shuttle was full had to call an uber. They up charged me and said my Jeep Cherokee was a large SUV. Upon return directions to call shuttle was not right on stub and the phone number to call was not answered. We had to get an Uber back as well
