My experience was not smooth, but could have been if some basic important information was available beforehand. First, while the parking is in the basement of the hotel, the entrance to it is on a street that is behind the hotel. In addition, due to there being many one-way streets, the drive between the two is not easy. Most importantly, the best way to use this location is to drive directly to the parking entrance (not the hotel entrance). Once inside, drive up and around until you reach the stop sign. There you can remove any bags from your car and give your voucher to the attendant. Amazingly, there is an elevator steps away from the parking drop off location, which brings you up into the hotel lobby. There, it seems you MUST go online and actually request the shuttle that only runs on the HALF HOUR, not on the hour as mentioned on this website! I was needlessly frazzled in having to learn all this at once to get parked and to the airport. The location of the hotel/parking is a very urban/industrial looking area, complete with lots of potholes and narrow streets. Yes this is Queens, but there are many areas near LGA that are nothing like this area!

I have used this facility many times and all rounds superior customer service along with exceptional safety.

No where on the website is there a dropdown for make and model of vehicle, only to be shaken down upon arrival with a paper printout sign indicating oversized vehicle charge of 5 dollars added per day. I counted 15 suvs of various sizes in the lot in the first floor. This is classic bait and switch to generate additional revenue. LZ parking is a third rate third party provider and a “respectable” hotel chain as the Hyat should be ashamed to have their name associated with them.

I have parked my car at this location on multiple occasions. Recently, I was informed that an additional $5 fee would be charged for SUVs or larger vehicles. I requested that this additional charge be disclosed and included at the time of booking the parking reservation; however, I was told that the fee must be collected separately upon arrival at the parking garage. I am dissatisfied with being subjected to an undisclosed extra charge that was not communicated during the booking process. Additionally, the parking attendant advised me to park elsewhere if I was unhappy with the fee policy, which I found unprofessional.

Great garage. Only issue is the shuttle being every hour. Every half hour would be great especially due to the quick proximity to LGA.

The garage was fine, but both ways, they claimed that the shuttle just left, so we had to take an uber both ways, making it more expensive than the next parking alternative..

The whole process was easy, the staff was helpful, my car was safe upon return, and it was cheaper than every other garage while I traveled out of LGA.

I looked into parking at LaGuardia airport a day before a trip I planned last minute. The online form for the airport advised that I didn't have enough advance notice to book it. I searched for an alternative for parking and found the One Stop Parking website. I was able to park nearby at Hyatt Place Flushing at a very economical price and I was shuttled very quickly and easily to the departure terminal. The service was great and best of all I was not stressed and had peace of mind before my trip. Don't park anywhere else- this is your best choice..OneStopParking.

We were staying at a mid town Manhattan hotel and driving our over sized Suburban. We saved at least $120. The subway was close, easy and we will do it again.

The lot was easy to find and navigate. We have planned to take the shuttle to and from the airport but don't count on that. When we arrived it was 40 mins behind schedule. Luckily we were able to grab a quick Uber outside. When we needed to be picked up to come back to the vehicle they had no shuttles available for over two hours and we had to pay for another Uber back making the experience no longer time or cost efficient.

Would not park here if I did not have to.

Great spot, friendly staff. I ended up taking a Lyft to the airport bc the shuttle was a 30 minute wait but on the return I caught the shuttle from the airport with no wait at all.

I parked my car for 10 days while staying in Manhattan. It was easy to take the train both ways. The lot is surrounded by great spots to eat if you enjoy dim sum and other Chinese food!

I landed at 10pm due to my flight being delayed. I texted the shuttle service and nobody responded. I had to take a $30 cab ride to get to the shuttle. I spent extra money and nobody bothered to respond to my text. I wasn’t happy.

Easy to book. No problem finding parking lot. Staff at the parking garage was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service went fairly well even though it was a Friday night at rush hour. Very happy with booking site and the parking lot. Will use again
