Shuttle Information

Upon arrival, no need to pull a ticket, just scan the QR code on your printed reservation receipt or from your mobile phone screen.

Please follow the instructions on the screen as to where to park, then you may board the shuttle bus.

From the Parking Lot to the Airport:
* Shuttle runs Every 10 - 15 minutes 24/7/365 days.
From the Airport to the Parking Lot:
* (4:00 AM - Midnight) Shuttle runs 24/7. Every 10 - 15 minutes.
* (Midnight - 4 AM) Please call 303-558-9790 to get picked up.

We pick up from both sides of the terminal on Ground Transportation, Level 5 – Island 3. On the West side, exit through door 508 and proceed to Island 3. On the East side, exit through door 509 and proceed to Island 3.
Please remember to have your parking location or valet ticket ready for the shuttle driver when you load.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

Good covered parking, not enough shuttles

Covered parking was good. Could use better instructions in the lot for where the shuttle picks you up. Ended up walking to their main building which did have a shuttle pickup sign. There’s no sidewalk crossing the rock median to the pickup. There’s main issue was the return shuttle; had to wait 20+ minutes. We saw 3+ shuttles for 3 other parking lots (each) pickup customers before Park2Jet finally came. The indoor parking price was the best though.

The Park 2 Jet experience was outstanding this visit. The shuttle was prompt and clean, and the covered parking is easy to maneuver. The front parking staff were helpful when my code was not working. Will definitely be back again!

I've been airport parking for years at the old USAirport (which I think is now called something else). After my last poor experience with them, I decided to try Park2Jet. The Pak2Jet experience was so much better, and the cost was about 1/3 of what I paid elsewhere.

Easy to find. Reasonable rate. Convenient. We did have to wait 7 minutes at the parking for a vehicle. Normally, 7 minutes is no big deal; but a vehicle and driver were approx 50 yards away, parked. I think the driver was having a smoke. I eventually walked up to him to get him to move and pick us up. That said, I recommend this parking facility.

Overall it was OK. It was weird that you have to remember where your car is, and there is no indication about needing to walk to the entrance to take the shuttle or if one should wait by the car. We were OK because we parked close to the entrance. That is something that needs to be clear

Safe keeping of our vehicle

We don't fly very often but had a trip to take to Texas. We planned on driving our vehicle to a parking lot and I searched for covered parking lots near me. Park2Jet popped up and had available covered parking and the price was reasonable. We have to fly out again in November and will be using Park2Jet again for that trip.

We used the covered parking and had a wonderful experience. We even had a hard time with the code to scan in (because of my cracked phone screen!) and someone was there to help immediately. Shuttles were in good shape and timely. We will use this service again on our next flight out of DIA.

The driver brought us directly to our vehicle quickly and with care. Will park here every time. Never had to wait more for a second vehicle as they always have room once the vehicle arrives, which sometimes takes a while.
