Convenient and reasonable.

I’ve used Canopy many times and am so pleased. Shuttle has always been there; drivers are extremely helpful and courteous; going and coming. They also give clear instructions. Thank you.

We decided to try Canopy for this family trip. We didn't follow instructions when getting to the airport as well as bringing a different car. We emailed through the link on the website and they stated they had some issues changing our reservation and requested that we visit the office in Denver when we got back. It was very late but the woman in the office that night was extremely helpful extremely nice. We helped us and we had no issues exiting the lot. The line at the airport was SO long! We waited for at least 45 minutes just to get a ride to the parking lot. In the time we waited, three Spot trucks for each of their lots arrived and took people to their cars. I realize it's hard to plan around delays and airport demand, but you need more drivers. It was around 10:30 p.m. so the wait was particularly frustrating for everyone. Drivers were all very nice and accommodating. The lot was clean and easy to negotiate. If you make a reservation, read the directions.

Have used Canopy many times. Easy to find spaces and quick service. Driver was particularly helpful this last trip. Thanks!

The driver stopped to talk to someone and it resulted in me getting to check out 1 min late and was charged 6. dollars more not happy about that.

We were very pleased with the facility and the shuttle service. The only issue we have is that, when leaving, we were charged an additional $10.97 (after pre-paying) with no explanation for the charge. For this reason, we will probably not use your services again.

You can read more about my experience on Google, but the long and the short of it is that when we got home, the shuttle took forever to arrive at DIA, communication was very minimal, and the QR code wouldn't scan at exit, which left us trapped at the gate for 20 minutes. Then we found out the employee could have just manually entered our confirmation number the whole time. Incredibly inconsiderate and inconvenient to keep us waiting that way when we just wanted to get home!

My reservation for Canopy Parking was made through OneStopParking. I paid for covered parking. When entering the covered parking lot, I had difficulty getting the reader to read the QR code (reader is positioned at an awkward angle). I contacted the help desk and was told that I hadn’t reserved covered parking. I was charged an additional fee and allowed to enter. When reviewing my confirmation, I discovered that I had reserved covered parking. The additional fee was later removed. Travel is stressful enough and this extra hassle was not worth it. I will choose other ways in the future.

I watched 5 The Spot busses pick up passengers next to our location for pick up on the East Side of DIA. The Parking lot itself is full of potholes and should be resurfaced. Fair prices, but I'll try somewhere else next time.

The personnel at the facility and the driver were excellent. The service was top notch. Driver was timely, helpful and courteous and drove safely. The safe driving is a concern after the recent crashes involving some shuttle buses (Not Canopy). Much better then FINE Parking. The parking lot could use some repaving it is getting a little worn. Overall Canopy did an excellent job. Will keep using the facility.

Not expecting to be held hostage at parking facility because plane was late, airport crowded, and slow shuttle service. I may use Canopy again, but I will allow all the time I can to avoid charges for being only one hour late.

the first shuttle was full returning to our vehicle and we had to wait 25m. upon exit, i scanned the qr code but was asked to pay $8 more. They said I booked through a reseller but actually owed more. They did let me out, but it seems there is some dispute between canopy and one stop parking about the price. I didn't even realize this isn't the official site.

Easy and quick service

When we arrived the open air parking was full. They instructed us to park in covered lot. Then when we returned we had an additional $400 due!!! Not my problem you over booked the open air parking nor did I agree to pay the upcharge. First and last time I use this lot. I will be working on getting a refund for the unathorized charges

Generally pleased with the overall. We had two instances where the shuttle timeliness caused us to be "late for the gate" departure by literally a couple of minutes and the gate charged additional funds that were total of a full day of parking. This is frustrating, but perhaps how they keep rates low. We texted the number for pickup, after making eye contact with the driver who left us sitting there as we walked up, with an empty shuttle. Took 25 minutes to get the next shuttle to show up, then the shuttle driver drove past our vehicle and said it wasn't 'in the right spot, so had to circle the Parking lot. After all that we left 2 minutes after the reservation time, and had to pay extra $9 and some change to get out of the gate.

The price to park there was right!

Waited a hour in the snow for a shuttle to come. Called and asked how long it was going to be since there was a line(was tempted to order a uber) and was given a very rude answer. After getting back the card reader would not work to accept my payment for being a hour late so I was stuck and the help button would not work. Horrible experience
