The website FAQ gives the overview that you self-park and go -- never mentioning that you had to leave your keys to your vehicle with the attendant. Very misleading! This was not the service we paid for. When we mentioned that to the attendant, he said that was the rules - no exception. We then asked to speak to the supervisor and was told they were not available. Yet from their website it states: "A regional supervisor is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week". We were very uncomfortable leaving our keys but since you had to prepay, we were stuck. My husband took a photo of his odometer, and it showed that the car was driven .3 miles. Where did they drive our car after we parked it in the directed spot!! Only bright spot of the whole situation was the driver for the shuttle back and forth was one of the nicest we've had. Will never use the Newark Park2Fly location again.

Overall positive experience using this parking facility. Driver pick up and return was prompt and courteous. Good value for long term parking. Would use again.

When I arrived to pick up my car I was told that my keys and my sisters keys could not be located. Once located it still took over an hour to recover both cars.

Very nice driver and customer service. Makes you feel comfortable.

Worker was asleep at desk when I arrived. Woke up for a moment then went back to sleep smh

Great service Great people

Lot is so close to the airport and employees are very organized and friendly.

Very nice employees

I was not familiar with Park2Fly Airport Parking and took a risk and reserved parking on this lot. However, to my surprise it was safe, they had security, and very nice people working there. The two gentlemen that took us to the airport were very polite and helpful with our bags. I would use them again and refer anyone else that is looking for airport parking.

When we arrived at Newark, called for shuttle and told they could not locate my car. When I dropped off my car, it was parked and keys were apparently left in the car the entire time. Left me feeling very uncomfortable

Shuttle runnin every 45 minutes is too much. I been charged $21 for been late 2 hours cause a flight delayed but not been compensated for get picked up from the airport late by the shuttle is BS. I am not recommended PARK 2 GO to anybody, try a different one since I saw shuttles passing by 10 to 20 minutes waiting for my ride

The van driver was mad at me because I have no cash for the tip he started arguing with me.
