Not bad

the shuttle is not every 15 minutes as they described. It's half hour or more. We have to wait long time both going to airport and coming back. The shuttle pick up from airport is at long term parking. We had to find ways to take AirTrain from terminals to there and then waited there for another 30 minutes.

The price was good. The location was good. The shuttle was 10 minutes late on our trip to the airport. We also had to wait close to 30 minutes for it to show up. We found out that the shuttle on the return trip does not pick up at the terminals. You have to take the AirTrain to P2. Sorry, but after returning from a long trip, the last thing that I feel like doing is getting on the air train and then having to wait for the shuttle there we will not return.

The shuttle ran every hour but the hotel advertised every half hour.

Anytime I travel thru EWR I always use this parking. It's the best and very convenient. Great service always. Shuttle is excellent too.

The hotel shuttle lot (P4) is a train ride away, but it all worked fine.

Great all around, but it would be helpful if the people at the desk would mention that the slip for you car dash board also as the code to get out and the pick up information. I left it on the dash board and did not realize pick up was at P4. I waited 45 minutes. before I call the hotel.

Shuttle came to pick us up and it was already full. Had to wait for the 1 and only shuttle van to do it's full loop again, to pick us up. Had to wait over 30 mins. Not great. Other than that, entire process was smooth, easy and enjoyable. Will use again.

Parking at the Renaissance was easy and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this service again.

Check in & check out of lot was quick & efficient! Shuttle was there within 5 minutes to take us to airport & the return was even quicker! Will definitely use again!

To the Airport was good the shuttle back is a disaster. Paid $ 35 to Uber to my car
