I arrived one day earlier than my listed reservation, and was returning one day earlier as well--I had to change my flights, and forgot to change my parking reservation. Since it was the same number of days, I asked if we could just shift the reservation by one day. They declined, and asked for an additional one day fee of $34.83 for an additional day. My original eleven day reservation was for $110.42, so around $11/day, but I agreed to pay the fee. They then put me on speaker phone with a manager and demanded I zelle them an additional $22.95 for "early check in," arguing that I was actually asking for two additional days--from the time I arrived at the lot to midnight on the 9th, and from midnight until the start of my original reservation at 11am the next day. I eventually paid the fee in order to not miss my flight, and ended up paying an additional $22.95 so I didn't miss my flight. Check in took over an hour. Cancellation is listed as "free until Start time" on their website so in retrospect, they could have cancelled my previous reservation and opened a new one. Nothing is automated. It's a semi-paved lot with a chainlink fence and a padlock.

This was one of the worst parking experiences I have had. I booked through One Stop Parking because the advertised price was around $40, but after arriving at the lot, I ended up paying nearly $100 additional charges. The pricing was completely misleading and not transparent at all. The lot condition was poor, customer service was unhelpful, and the overall process was stressful. It was also difficult to find the location, and the shuttle service was not timely. Instead of saving money and time before a trip, this created unnecessary frustration. I strongly recommend that travelers double-check the actual charges before booking through this service. What was advertised online did not match the reality at the lot. Very disappointed and would not use this service again.

These people are thieves! I had a reservation from April 1st at 4AM- April 5th 3:30pm, I checked in on April 1st at 7:28AM and was charged a "late fee" because I did not check in at 4AM. However, this policy is not recorded anywhere, neither is the definition of how many hours or minutes warrant a late fee. I ended up picking up my car on April 6th at 6AM and was charged TWO late fees, even though their policy states that you are charged late fees per calendar day.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Shuttle is a big plus.

This place is a bunch of scam artists!!! Total Rip off. Beware!
