Easy to book. Go to entrance and try and scan QR code. Not happening . No instructions on keypad except call for help. So I start pushing any button I can see and up pops a place to insert my phone number. Put phone number in and up goes the gate to let me in. So my recommendation is to have more specific instructions at the point of entrance, Attendant did come over to offer assistance so that was a plus even though the gate had just gone up.

Part of the package I purchased was for van service to airport. There was no indication where the pickup place was. When I called the .Customer service line it was no longer in operation and there were no attendants around. I learned from a custodian working there that there was no van service any longer. .

Signed up because there is supposedly a shuttle. No shuttle on Sundays. Called on Wednesday for shuttle upon arrival. Number to call for shuttle not a working number. Called directly but person who answered had no shuttle info. Had to Uber both ways to airport-very expensive. Don’t use this garage without knowing it will be very costly and no shuttle service.

I see above NOW this lot says no shuttle, When I booked my stay it was advertised with shuttle every 30 mins within certain times… which was fine based on my flights. I get there to be told by the security guard they had not been running for months. I ended up taking a cab to and from the airport which basically wiped out any savings that were made by using the lot, and ended up costing me more overall. Not happy and I will be reaching out to get my fees returned!

The shuttle TO the airport, worked out well! Unfortunately when we returned from our trip, and called for the shuttle back to the lot, it was just going direct to voicemail. We ended up needing to get an oversized Uber in order to get back to our vehicle. Not ideal.

Because of flight cancellation we had to drive 300 miles to catch the connecting flight on no notice. Parking was easy. Pickup to go to the airport was fast. Our car was safe for 30 days. Good experience.

The whole reason I chose One Stop Parkimg was because it was listed as having shuttle service to Newark Airport, but when I called to get picked up, I received a text that said shuttle was no longer in service. Very disappointing.

Easy to find. Security was on site when I arrived to help me find the QR code in my email in order to get past the gate. Same QR code was used to get out of the garage. Shuttle was very helpful, and the stop is located in an easy to find location, which security also helped me with.
