Shuttle Information

Please check in at front desk/valet service and present your reservation receipt (digital copy or printed on paper).

The Valet Attendant will issue parking pass and direct you to the parking area. Parking Pass must be visible for security.

Once parked, customers turn in their vehicle keys to the valet attendant and the attendant will give you a claim ticket for your keys.

Shuttle runs 24/7 every 15 minutes.
Shuttle pickup is on the 1st floor (ground floor) you must call for pickup at 407-856-0100

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

Horrible experience

I arrived on time at DoubleTree with my pre-paid One Stop receipt. DoubleTree would NOT honor my pre-payment to One Stop. They do NOT do any business with One Stop. I had to pay DoubleTree for the parking, so I paid twice. I sent a copy of the new $40 DoubleTree payment to One Stop and asked for a refund of the $40.85 that I pre-paid them. I am still waiting for them to honor the refund. This was a horrible experience. I probably will never use One Stop again, unless they make an honorable restitution. My zero ratings above are for One Stop, not for DoubleTree.

Everything was great overall! Pickup was a bit slow from the airport when our flight got in but they still overall were good.

Extensive wait for Pick Up at Airport

We called as soon as we got our luggages, however they took from 45 minutes to an hour to get picked up. Our flight was on time, and it landed at 11:00pm at night, so imagine the inconvenience of the shuttle taking so long.

One stop parking at the Raintree

Arriving there, and getting onto the shuttle to take us to the airport was excellent. The process was extremely quick and easy. However, on the way back, we waited around an hour to get a shuttle at 12pm

I love the Doubletree!

This was my 2nd time parking at the Doubletree Hilton and I won’t travel any other way now. It was quick and easy. The shuttle driver even looked out for me in a potentially uncomfortable situation - for which I was very grateful.

This was the first time using the shuttle system for an airport . It was not made clear that the shuttle have a designated area for arrival. But it all worked out and we was transported to the parking area of our vehicle. I would use them again. Thanks double tree

Pros: It's close to the airport. shuttle transfer time is quick. Friendly shuttle driver TO the airport Coons: onsite construction (May 2024) Parking attendant not friendly but efficient at the job. No warm and fuzzies at DoubleTree. Cranky shuttle driver from the airport back to hotel. Holiday Inn across the street was 5 star on all meteics.

Easy off site airport parking

I would park here again. Courteous valet. I parked my own car and locked it. The transport to airport was almost immediate; pickup was slow. Directions of where to go when entering could be better.
