Arrival
Upon your arrival, please proceed to the hotel lobby front desk to complete the required parking registration form, which includes your personal contact information and vehicle details. You must also present a valid online reservation confirmation to the front desk agent before parking your vehicle. By parking on hotel property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all parking policies and procedures.

Shuttle runs 24/7, every 30-45 minutes

Shuttle vehicle has limited accessibility equipment; guests requiring special transportation accommodations are encouraged to contact the hotel in advance so arrangements can be assisted with, if possible.

Return
After you have collected your luggage, please call the hotel directly at 860-370-5350 for airport pick-up. The front desk staff will guide you regarding the passenger pickup location.

Important Note
Please note that you are required to stop at the front desk, notify the agent of your departure, and sign the checkout form before leaving the property.

• If your return or vehicle pickup is delayed beyond the scheduled date and time, you must contact the hotel at (860) 370-5350 to notify the front desk staff as soon as possible.

• Failure to provide notice of a delayed pickup may result in additional parking fees and could lead to the vehicle being subject to towing at the owner's expense.
